Alright, I have my account set up and it wants me to upload an image.

We picked a picture until we can find a better one…not the best picture, but it'll work. Now what?

Off of the computer, but for some reason it's not wanting to cooperate. It won't preview the picture.

Now do we crop and finish?

Try just clicking "Crop and Finish", and see if that works. You can go back if it doesn't.

Well, that truly makes me feel better. :-) So if we're not the only ones having problems, maybe it's the site.

I tried a newer picture too, and it worked. So I don't know what the problem was.

Well, very honestly, my mother is helping on the other computer. We just weren't sure what to do on our own, and she couldn't understand the instructions on her own. So, you were indeed a blessing! :-)
