I wasn't planning on getting into this discussion, but I have to say that after yesterday (the 26th) I have very fond memories of Ohio. That state has some pretty great people in it. :) MI… it may be a very nice state, but… well, I guess I just haven't experienced it enough yet, while Ohio just jumped very near to the top of my "favorite states" list. :) ^Missouri is up there too.^

Well, I guess I'll know how I feel about OH in a couple of weeks. We're going to Ohio to meet my mom's family, and we'll be there for three - four days! I think we also might be passing thru MI, so I'll tell you my opinion then. And then the argument will be over because my opinion will settle it all. xD (Okay, maybe not.)

Well, that's your problem. All I can say now is (1.) Bring all the anti-mosquito armor you have. (2.) Bring something heavy to kill the BIG ones with. (3.) Take some friend ^or siblings^ to use as decoys. (and 4.)Don't say I didn't warn you!

We just got back from our trip to MI about three hours ago, and I have to say, Michigan is much nicer in the summer than MN is. (We don't go much in the winter because it's hard to drive 14 hours on a slippery road.) MI averages about 5-10 degrees cooler than MN in the summertime, and it has way less mosquitoes. I honestly think I got more bites during the ten minutes I was watching Zeke outside after we got back than during the whole time we were away. :-)

Sorry I never got back to you, I didn't see this. We visited our uncle, aunt, and cousins on our dad's side, then went down to Toledo, OH after a couple of days with them to see our grandma and great-grandpa on our dad's side (so it was basically our Alexander "family reunion" x)). It was great, as always - we get all of our sarcasm from his side, so you can just imagine our dad and his brother together. xD

Hahaha!! Everyone has to have some sarcasm! xP Where in MI did you go? if I may ask. Sounds like you had a blast! Reunions are always great!

Yup! x) Um…I honestly don't know exactly what part of MI we were in… :} I would it was pretty far down south, because it only took about 30-45 minutes to get to Toledo, OH.
