umm, you put like a tablespoon of baking soda in like a quart of water and put some 1-2 drops of lemon essential oils ^I am guessing here… we have a container that we just fill up. :)^
You put approximately a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a pint ^?^ of water.

you scrub your hair with the soda mix, then you rinse it out really well, and you put the vinegar in, and rinse that out.

It works really well!! :D I have heard that shampoo will take out something that I can't remember out of your hair, and then your hair just gets greasier, and then you put in more shampoo, and it just keeps happening, and that was what was happening with my hair. So we found this, and it is working perfect!! :D

Maybe I'll have to try that. My hair is really greasy on the top, but super dry on the ends, so it's hard to find something that works well for it. :-)

Cool!! I don't mind heights.....usually. I'm learning not to mind them so much. :) Especially being on the Zip Line. That was fun!!! I wasn't scared of that, which was nice. :D
