Well, _someone_ called it the War Between the States, and so I decided to play a trump card.... :)
Trump failed. Ohio wins, period. :P
Hey, I've been to 49 of the fifty states. Take my word for it. Alaska is the best.
But you are biased because you currently live in Alaska. If I lived in Alaska, I'd probably think it's the best state. In other words, no one wins this discussion unless you can give facts :P

Exactly! So I must've won the discussion, 'CUZ I GAVE FACTS! xP

Cause I don't like it. Probably a big reason is that there are so many cities crammed into such a small space.

Okay, we'll the OH cities I was in were dirty and stinky and ugly and grey. And so were most of the other cities in the U.S. LA was the worst, though. LA and Sacramento.

According to Lower 48 standards you have a decent amount of country in your state… For example, you're not as bad as IA or RI.

But you've obviously not been to AK. You'd be converted. We have a whole lot more country- 1 sq. mile per capita, and the tallest mountain in North America! Besides, we're the northernmost, westernmost, and easternmost state in the U.S. And we have polar bears and the most expensive berry in the world. We've also got the best fish in the world. And we grow the biggest cabbages in the world. All very good reasons as to why AK is the best. :)

Location means little, or nothing. The amount of country could sound good to some people, but bad to others. I have to admit, the tallest mountain thing is pretty cool. I don't like berries or cabbages, and I don't like fish too much. How 'bout you go look at Ohio's credentials a few pages back. :P

You cannot just say that without justification. :P Why is Ohio at the bottom of your list?!
Cause I don't like it. Probably a big reason is that there are so many cities crammed into such a small space.
"Cause I don't like it." You don't like it. Because you don't like it. Come on. :P "Probably a big reason is that there are so many cities crammed into such a small space." What's wrong with that? Doesn't that make it more awesome? :P
Ha! No. ^I'm scared of cities...^

Then you are bias against any state with lots of cities. Since AK doesn't have a LOT of cities, you must like it…

According to a survey, you have the worst food :P

Yeah it is. Because if we can prove one of the other states is better than MI or OH, then you might as well move there!

Hast tha had a meal of red salmon- again, I dislike fish- sauerkraut- homemade by me- and homegrown potatoes? Best food in the world. Well, moose is better than the fish, and so is caribou.

And it happens to be hunter's or birder's paradise.

You cannot defeat facts with opinions. Different strokes for different folks shrugs.
