MV Rule Book

As requested, here is the MV Rule Book.

Roy's rule Book

1. No rule shall be made that limits the use of fire-arms or other weapons that are not nuclear, biological, or chemical.

2. All laws must have the approval of the King and/or Court Adviser and Court Master Assassins (Roy/Noah) before they can be legally used against a violator.

3. All laws must have the approval of the Memverse Court Grammatician to ensure that they are grammatically accurate and thus worthy of being legally used against a violator.

4. All rules/laws that are posted with out proper approval are void until such approval is granted.

5. Thou shalt not quote more than a small paragraph of 7 or fewer sentences (the definition of small does not apply to the size of posts quoted by the King Or any other person of royalty).

6. Anyone who uses the MV forums and does not send Deadpool two chimichangas on Bless Noah Cassidy Day will be sentenced to a harsh and merciless death at the hands of the court assassins. BNC day occurs 365 days a year, 366 every four years.

7. Memversers are aloud to impersonate their fellow memversers if they respect the fallowing guidelines:
   A. they do not change the impersonated persons role in the MV government.
   B. they do not damage the persons reputation.
   C. they stop the impersonating after 10 hours And let people know who they really are.
   D. they may not impersonate more than 1 people during 24 hours (exception for Nov. 11)

8. Any and all complaints are to be taken to the MV rules thread were they can be discussed with out cluttering this thread

So, what if someone chooses to break the rules? (Seeing that our "assassins" are powerless to actually kill anyone.) They get the silent treatment, or Internet Ellipsis Torture? Banned by OCTSRIS on every quiz?

Here are two rules that I think are more important than anything else!

1. We must Love the Lord with all our hearts and minds, and all our strength. Watching what we say, to be sure it is glorifying to Him.

2. Love your naighbor as yourself.
   A. If someone says something you think is inappropriate you should first inspect yourself for a spirit of love. One that, even if they never stop what they are doing, or get punished, you will still dwell with them in long suffering.

B. Then you bring the offense to the offender(s) off Memverse! I think it is imperative that the first correction of something inappropriate be done in private and in love, rather then brought to the attention of the whole community. (Unless, of course, you are someone with great athority… like an administrator)

Remember that everyone has their own definition of what is Appropriate and Inappropriate. God is the REAL judge, and no one has the right to take up His rode of judgment against someone else!

Amen! My judgment on judgmental people: oh, wait. Why does that sound slightly hypocritical? (Never mind. Maybe I believe judgmentalism is appropriate, after all. And no one better say otherwise!! Or you'll be judging my choices!)

Rules Concerning the Posting of Pictures

1) All pictures must be appropriate. Remember, there are people of all ages viewing this site. Think about it this way: would you be okay with your grandmother seeing what you're posting?

2) No pictures of an annoyingly large size. Abigail's post on the MV Users List, page 43 is an example.

3) Please refrain from Quoting pictures more than once. We do not need unnecessary spam on the Forums. If it's that funny, tell me the page number of the topic so that I can go look at it myself.

4) I trust everyone on this site. Memverse has been a site known for gody, uplifting discussion and fellowship. Most of the time. Please, let's keep it that way.

Some people didn't want to play along so I removed it in hops of appeasing them. but low and behold. Kindness is NEVER the answer.
