Yes they can. They will arrest you, "forget" about you for as long as they can and get by with it, and then let you go. And they will do it again if they spot you carrying around a weapon.

But small towns usually are pretty good at not doing that. But Minnesota is really stupid with our state laws. :(

No, I'm not in BB. I will hopefully next year, but I'm not sure how that is gonna work out cuz next year around that time I might be doing Color Guard with my brother, I will have band too, and drivers ed too. So I would probably have to quit band for the first semester to be able to balance it all out.
