Long story short, there's a movie called Inception in which the main focus is "dreams within dreams" and "dreams within dreams within dreams" and so on. Thus, it has become a widely popular internet meme to say something is related to Inception when it has multiple layers. For instance, if you have a meme within a meme, it would be MEMECEPTION.
