:( :( Okay! That's really neat! Where are you at right now? Yesss!!! It's so fun and encouraging to be like "I know what that meaaansss!!!" and be able to tell everyone the history behind some passage, or whatever. xDLike I wrote in an essay for my piano teacher on piece approach: "There is a certain enjoyment that one gets from being able to, on the spot, bore people with the details of something one has researched. It satisfies."
Yes, that is so true! :P

Your mom has got the personality for that, definitely. Still, though, I remember when I used to think as a child "I could never do/think that"... and now I am! :) So just wait for it, and continue practicing.I can't even talk to people I know without ruining everything! Much less a stranger!
Yep. The only successful conversations that I have been involved in are those in which there are several people other than myself involved. :P

I've only tried (i.e., I only remember trying) something like that one time, and felt just about the same way. :PGood grief. I so wish I could do that. :PMe too. :P I tried to talk to someone at the store once, and just about died. xP
xD I actually managed to offer some tracts and get into a conversation with a Christian lady on my way home from Journey last year. So, I'm thankfully improving a little bit. :D

It's so weird. xP And then when my mom will just randomly talk to some person at the store for ten minutes. :PAmen to that. :P I cannot figure out how they do it... there's just always something for them to talk about! :PxP I guess so. I don't think I'll ever, ever, ever be experienced enough for that though. :POh yes!!! I'm so jealous, I have no idea what they can talk about so much. :P But at least it wasn't so awkward by nats. :PThey have experience :P Well, yeah, I'm thankful for that. :)
She does indeed. Maybe so, but I'm still…skeptical. :P

I don't want to remember what it was like being an introvert! And that was only a bit over a year ago! :P :P

I occasionally will pretend to be an extrovert for my own amusement. Usually people end up thinking that I am crazy. The pokerface sense of humor may have something to do with that.

I would prefer a false extrovertedness over an extremely obvious introvertedness. Someone thinking you are crazy is better, in my opinion, than someone thinking you are stupid because you simply cannot speak correctly.

@All you people who don't believe I'm an introvert! I have an true story to prove it to you!!!!! A few weeks ago, I was somewhere and I happened to see someone I used to work with (who is also an introvert) and we literally just stood there stareing at each other until I eventually walked away….. Not a word was spoken or anything! After that, he told my sister I was socially awkward and to shy to be human! :p :p

I am always terrified of going to lunch with anyone except my family. Too much multitasking involved. Talking takes pretty much 100% of my brain's concentration. Add that to eating without dumping anything in my lap or off the table, and going out to eat is a terrifying experience, looked forward to with much foreboding.

I have complained before about the fact that both Rosie and Christian have been invited by friends to talk over a meal. However, if I'm honest with myself, I would truly loathe such an experience.
