Hello! Hello to Sam and Abi, too! How are you guys?

Doing very well! Just finished reading Romans 7-8, and I've never seen such continuity in the chapters before. If you want, you can let your dad know that I am now 100% on his side with Romans 7. XD I see no other way to consistently interpret the text of those two chapters.

Oh um last night I was reading and stuff... And kinda um, forgot about you... xP sorry!

Today's turning out to be a nice day of rest from the week. In addition to the two punches to the face I told you about, I also ended up getting spit at directly in the face twice, bitten hard on the hand, and vomited on (though my co-worker got it even worse). It was a rough week with that one kid…

Then yesterday I was the only tour guide who came in to work, and we were busier than normal, so I had to do 4 tours – the most I've ever done in one day. And 3 of them were back-to-back. So it was kinda exhausting. =p

But today's been great. Church went very well. My dad's sermon on John 9 was very good. =]

Mmm, yes. I love how God already sees us as "glorified" in v. 30. It's so certain that it's essentially already happened. And, really, it has, in the mind of God, since He's outside of time.

Same here… I'm normally close to vomiting myself when I'm anywhere near it… But I feel worse for my co-worker who got the brunt of it. The kid was doing it on purpose. We had him on the floor – me on his upper body and her on his legs – and he was just letting out projectile vomit… as if it were spit… It was entirely disgusting, and I couldn't believe just how much he was letting out, and how he was able to control it! He was trying everything to get kicked out of school, because I guess that's what he's done in the past. But it doesn't work that way at my dad's place. So I think he's just going to have to learn that the hard way.

Holy crap, dude! It's like you're getting a crash course in handling being a dad with rowdy kids (trust me, teaching little kids how to use a Wii = accidental punches in various places) and learning to cope with stress! You planning on writing a book?

Not "lots", but I'm still doing it. Some parts are still confusing, but thanks to email I can still learn from my teacher outside of class. Lit. class might be my fav (besides Calc) right now. We're reading Shakespeare. :)

You crack me up, bro. xD But yeah, I agree, this is definitely some great parenting training. I see firsthand the consequences that come when kids are given free reign over their parents – or when they come from broken homes. So it makes me feel all the more motivated to make sure I follow God's plan for marriage and parenting, trusting that He will bless my faithfulness.
