Social Chatting--February 2015

Just got back home after an awesome but tiring day! Went to Cleveland Comic-Con and got a picture with Billy Boyd (Pippin) and got an autograph from Karen Gillan (Amy Pond). Also got a Link hat! The height of Hyrulean fashion! I also got pics with Spider-Man and Star Lord! :D ^I *would've* gotten a Master Sword and Kirito's sword Elucidator, but my parent's didn't have any money on them, and I had no money since they had been borrowing from me earlier in the week. :P^ Also, I drank Dr. Pepper for the first time in a few years! That was exciting! XD

It was… soooo good. I didn't think it could measure up to Steelheart, but… I think it may have! It's at least as good, if not better! The intricacy of Regalia's plot… wow.

Next question: HOW WERE YOUR TWO WEEKS OFFLINE????

Well, considering that I got a good bit done, but not quite as much as I wanted to, they were moderately good. :P Still not sure whether it was worth leaving you all for two weeks... xD

Okay. :) HOW'S SCHOOL AND CAREER CENTER GOING????

They're going great! I started on Economics last week, which hasn't been so bad… yet. xP I'm trying to be optimistic, but I'm not sure how long that'll last. :P And at the career center, we finally finished building a small staircase! Now we're making a railing. When we're done… we're going to tear the whole house down. xP facepalm

Actually, I haven't… but here's the ironic thing! You know the Saturday before I left, when I wasn't able to get on because of the Bible Bee retreat? Well, while we were there we went sledding down some of the most enormous hills I've ever sledded down! It was utterly amazing! xD

I thought about making a glib remark such as "Oh, you'll have to watch the series *again* from the beginning in order for that to make sense", but I decided that was too cruel. No, no, NEVER! Unless they can get a really, really good director, someone on par with Peter Jackson or the amazing Christopher Nolan, there's no way I want those books as movies. EVER. I do NOT want them the get messed up. If they are to be movies, they need to pull a Hunger Games and have each book be two movies. Only way I'm accepting them. Maybe Steelheart can be one movie, but Firefight deserves two.
