Social Chatting--February 2015

Ah. Yeah, a lot of people have snow around here. We escaped with mostly freezing rain, so that's kind of disappointing for all the kids who wanted snow =/ Oh well. I think our woods and fields look beautiful draped in ice and dusted with frost, and I'm staying nice and warm inside, so I'm content ;)

:) Is it warmer there? Here in NC a lot of people have snow (a lot by our standards)...

There as about a half-inch of snow yesterday. Made some businesses close down. :P

Yeah the ice makes things look really pretty. I don't like snow unless there is enough to go sledding. Which, sadly, there hasn't been enough this year. =\

So when is your lab? I think mine is a Friday-Saturday (in March).

It's nice! Got some rain and snow last night, but I'm glad to be getting an extra hour of sleep! XD

Yeah, snow without sledding isn't as fun. But we have such a slopey yard that we can usually pull off sledding (at least with saucers) with even a little bit of snow ;) We got sleet mixed with snow earlier this week, and we had lots of fun! Today the ice seems pretty slushy, so probably not as good for sledding…
