I specifically mentioned a reason they might have done it, and you agreed, Nicolas. =P I asked you if it related to something that was only mentioned in the books so far and wasn't part of a plot that had been in the movies, and you said, "Oh yeah, good point."

Very good. It was cramped on the way home, since we did our grandparents van which was too small. I am looking forward of two months at home till our next trip. XD

I think they wanted someone to replace the prep team, which was pretty important in the third book but hardly mentioned at all in the first two movies. So they just threw Effie in there. But I was just wondering… if they could save Effie, why couldn't they have saved Peeta?! :P

I was kinda just dismissing what you said because I was watching Effie come out of nowhere and didn't know how to answer. But I really don't see any good reason for why they took it out……

So is that not true? Or did you still not understand my question? Obviously, there are a lot of plot elements in the first two books that didn't get developed in the movies. So in the third movie, it wouldn't make sense to reference a plot element from the books that didn't make it into the movies. So is that the case? Or was it something that could have been mentioned without confusion?

Chrostian amd Nicolas - remember at nationals that octo ball game in the family fun room? They had that here, and we did it for hours. It was dark a lot of the time, and everyone had great fun of skinning fingers in the process on the ground. But it really was awesome. XD
