I've been working through the NT, and just finished up 2 Timothy yesterday :) It was encouraging…we are like runners, farmers, soldiers…we must keep pressing on, serving Christ. "I have fought the good fight…" he said. May that be my testimony! What about you? :)

How Christ is our High Priest. We no longer need the law or the sacrifices because we have Christ. He is far superior to the angels. It's been great seeing again the awesomeness of Christ! :)

Unfortunately, I do not have coherent thoughts to add to the TD… otherwise I would consider adding them. =P The theme of the movie/documentary that Bethany mentioned in the thread is a constant source of consternation to me on this topic – as well as just general Scriptural principles. =P

With the e-mail… wasn't sure what I wanted to add to that yet. I didn't quite like the lyrics… at all… so I'm guessing it was the video that had some redeeming quality… but I told you I wasn't going to watch that, so…. =p

And I continue to forget that you play the flute. xP That's great, though! I unfortunately broke my Spanish streak while away over the weekend. =( I was going 5 days strong and then I had no WiFi for a whole day… Tragic. ;)

But, man, it was an awesome weekend. O_O Can't wait to tell you about it sometime. I need to reply to your e-mail and include my experiences in it. ;) The rest of the week was awesome, too. Remember, I told you that we had testing this week at school, which meant less students. One of the days there were only 2 kids in my class. And another day there were only 3. =P So it wasn't that stressful of a week. xD It was actually probably the best week I've had in a long time… The Scripture readings were tremendous this week as well. Especially those passages in 1 Samuel that you saw me comment on… They were really a theme for the whole week that kept me going strong.

Haha… it's fine! I'm bringing it in June so I can play it while Rosie plays piano. =) Aw. Sorry about the Spanish. =/ I've had that happen a lot and it's not fun.

I knowwwwww. Each day I'm like, "Surely I can't get as much out of this as I've been getting out of the last few readings…" but I also pray that I will… and God delivered every single day this week. But especially in those verses about David redeeming back all that was his with nothing lost… Such power in the applications God helped me to draw from that. I haven't been able to stop thinking about them. And it's been a long while for me since something like that came out of a Bible reading. Let alone out of 1 Samuel. XD

But if you're talking about Demi Lovato's extremely debase music video, I was quite disgusted and part of me wished I wouldn't have watched it, though it was a good experience. And I wouldn't have watched that today, for the reasons that I told you in the email. =p

Yup. =) And I loved the Mark readings as well. The Lord really taught me a lot from those chapters and it has been great meditating on them. As well as the Jeremiah chapters. They're all just so good. ^ _ ^ Love how the Lord answers my prayers in such an awesome way in giving me so much truth from His Word!

Thanks! I was talking with one of the K's this evening about their lawn mowing business they have. That was good, because I was a little discouraged about how we'd gotten turned down like 5 times. Not that that's much, but it was still sad for our first try. But they have lots of experience with lawn mowing business stuff, so we can ask them all our questions. =)
