Mmhmmm. Looking forward to hopefully getting enough sleep tonight so I can be awake and alert enough to do my reading in the morning while Dad's at the gym. It's great when we're on at the same time in the morning and can compare notes. =]

Awesome! I'm glad you can get advice from them.

How much time do you get off work for your surgery? I was just talking with my mom that it has almost been 2 years since my surgery, which I totally can't believe. =p Will your family be jealous of all the sweet things you'll get to eat afterwards? ;)

Well, technically, probably only two days (plus the Saturday I'll get off from the museum). Unless I'm not recovered enough to at least be in the classroom on Monday. But I'm assuming my mouth will be tender for a while, so I'm definitely going to try to avoid getting into restraints with kids who could potentially do violence to my face. =P

As for the sweet foods, they will probably initially be jealous, yes. xP But I shall just remind them that they didn't have to go through surgery, and they aren't in a constant uncomfortable state with a mouth that feels weird. And they also have the privilege of still eating solid food. =P
