Then a couple days later he said something like "You don't see young men standing outside the curtains taking care of little siblings, you don't see that kind of stuff very often." xD

We have chickens. We used to have rabbits, too, and mice and guinea pigs. But not all at the same time. The rabbits we sold and butchered, and the mice and guinea pigs; some people in our family were allergic to them.
