Don't need to; she's looking over my shoulder. :P

Rosie says fine; she'll leave, and this time she won't come back. :P

How was the movie?

It was good! Nicolas and I saw it in theaters with Dad about a year and a half ago. One of the most intense movies you could ever see. It's about a couple of astronauts/scientists who were working on some spacecraft just outside Earth's atmosphere in space, when tragedy hits. A (literal) ton of satellites are knocked out of orbit by some Russian missile testing, and they're speeding faster than a bullet toward the spacecraft. This totally messes up the mission, killing all but two of the astronauts, who must then fight to survive as they begin drifting out into space. The movie is about their journey back to Earth.

It's brilliantly filmed, and the score is incredible as well. It won a few Oscars for cinematography, because it's all extremely real-looking. I was again shocked and amazed and how well it was made. My only complain is that it comes in a bit short, at only an hour and a half.

Ah.. So how are you feeling? Better, I hope? ;) When will you be able to eat more solid food?

I'll be back to a fully normal diet in six weeks or so.

Seriously! The doctors think it would fill you up, when it certainly can't! I had to drink at least 64 ounces of fluid every day, and took wayyyy more than that. At first I was having an extremely hard time even getting 64 ounces down each day, and then days later I was so hungry for just normal stuff I ate whatever came my way. Milkshakes and OJ. XD

Yessss. Milkshakes will definitely be part of the diet tomorrow. Mom bought a lot of vanilla ice cream. x) And I'm sure peanut butter will find its way in there, too.

Yup! :D Unfortunately, due to restraints on physical activity, I won't be able to help out with physically restraining any kids at work for the rest of the school year. So Dad's not too thrilled about that. =P

As long as it's pureed enough. So I'll have tomato soup for sure, and I could have other soup, too, as long as there aren't any chunks of anything.

I can imagine. And it's probably a good thing that you can't either… wouldn't want something kicked or punched in the mouth. Bethany here tried playing baseball, on 2nd base, like 2 months after her surgery. And her dad told her absolutely NOT.

Exactly. Not only can't I be in a situation where they could potentially hit me in the mouth, but I'm not even allowed to lift anything over 10 pounds – so I definitely can't be working to restrain any of the kids.

If only… =P The goal is not to hurt the kids. That's why we have to be very precisely trained in what we can and cannot do in the restraints. =P
