Oh, yeah, I totally get what you mean, Rachel. And I am going to try to be careful about that. The protein drinks my mom has for me should take care of some of that. But I do want to make sure I'm not depriving myself of any nutrients or anything.

Exactly. Not only can't I be in a situation where they could potentially hit me in the mouth, but I'm not even allowed to lift anything over 10 pounds -- so I definitely can't be working to restrain any of the kids.

If only... =P The goal is *not* to hurt the kids. That's why we have to be very precisely trained in what we can and cannot do in the restraints. =P

Just make yourself look a little off from the meds, hold something electric-y shock-y, and you won't even have to use it more than once. ;)
