So, what's up with you?

Hehe- I just created a massive discussion over on google hangouts about what I was eating- it took about 10-15 minutes for it to be guessed! xD It was a chocolate garbanzo bean cookie...

Quite tasty, even tho it doesn't sound like it...

That actually does sound good! I do a lot of gluten-free baking, so I'm not generally quick to judge a recipe by its ingredients. ;-)

It was really awesome! I don't know where to start, but I guess I'll say things as they come to mind. :P No, I didn't really keep up with studying, but I'm not really worried about it, I knew it would happen, so I planned in advance to have almost a complete break from studying during Family Camp and still be able to finish adequately. I did do my regular memory quizzing, most days. :)

Well, uh, if I tried to tell you everything I'd probably never get to the end! xP We tent-camped for a week and saw friends and met lots of new ones, played volleyball and other sports, listened to speakers, ran a 5K, participated in Trade Day, saw the Johnson Strings in concert again. Etc. etc. xD

I'm supposed to start on chapter 11 tomorrow.

It's kind of hard to expect people with jobs, and college work to check in very often. It's sad, but part of life. :/

I might be getting a job myself soon…. Hopefully after I make a trip to Missouri.

Yeaaahhh… I should go soon…. i need to study more. sigh I miss everyone so muchly!

I know!!! xD I keep saying "You know, we really should go to Family Camp this year!" xD And Mom wants to go sometime, and the brothers thinks it sounds fun. We shall see. x)

I got to participate in the volleyball tournament again this year! They have two "leagues"; I signed up for the non-competitive side this year, where they assign you your team members. Courtney and I ended up being on a team with five other teenagers and just one father. I was the third-oldest. :P That has good things and bad things about it… The bad thing was, younger players are often not as experienced. The good thing was it was awesome to hang out with those guys close to my age. So, yeah, we didn't win any matches… :P but I still had an awesome time with them!

In my previous years at Family Camp I've met people, but haven't really kept in contact with very many - 1 person to be exact. xP So this year I made it a point to get more email addresses. I ended up getting 4, including 3 awesome people from the volleyball team. :D

Are you guys interested in my ramblings? Should I switch to email? :P

Hey, I've been thinking about doing a Memverse News letter once a month or so… what thinkest thou?

That sounds interesting… what would you put in it?

Well, I'm thinking of having it as a connection letter between Memversers. Give a basic update about prayer requests (and answered prayers), any big activities, and birthdays, and a few verses of encouragement. :)
