I DANCED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN LIKE TWO MONTHS!!! ^and now my quads, hips, and back hurt^ the back thing is really weird, I was walking to the barre, and then I'm just lying on my back. XD I guess I was going to fast and slipped or something…
Fun day! What was your favorite part of yesterday?

Eating carrots and potato chips and chatting on memverse. When I'm done eating I get to go do math, stretch, and practice guitar.

Lucky… You get chips in your house? :P What kind of stretching do you do? I haven't gone running since 1st week of sept. And I tried yesterday, and… It wasn't pretty. :D (My knee problems sorta wouldn't let me run, so I usually have to start out every year by walking… Which is hard cuz I wanna go running really bad. :( :P)

I haven't run since September either, the day I crashed to be particular. I was going to try yesterday, but didn't have time. Now today I don't think I could last 2 minutes my legs hurt sooooo bad… Not to mention that its super cold out… But I want to run before it gets icy again… What knee problem do you have? I don't think I've heard of it before…

Yeah… The thing I don't like about running is getting into the habit for the year. :P Running in winter in MN can be slightly difficult. :D My knees give out a lot, so when I stop running for a while, and then jump back into it, it's sorta painful. :P So I gotta work up to it and walk a lot. Which isn't as fun, but it works. :D

Yes girl! Also I sometimes get really bad asthma when I exercise in the cold. ;(That sounds like me, but my ankles…And the fact that I'm overall not athletic at all. lol

I can't either… Well, I shouldn't say I can't, I probably could, but my brain says: pain, not happening. :P I usually go for a mile/mile & 1/2. Last year I was going for speed, but I recently figured out that distance would be smarter, so I'm gonna try to run at least 3 this year. Hopefully. :P

Yeah. But the thing is, I like running faster, so i figured if I can run 3 miles decently, I can easily run 1 mile fast. :D

Just keep at it. :D Also, drink lots of water, cuz if ya don't, then you have a harder time at running… :P

Ya know what, we can have a competition, ^cuz I can set that as my goal too^ and then we can keep each other accountable, ^cuz I know I'll probably slack off if people don't keep checking up on me^ If ya want to, and see who gets there first?

lol. I sprained my ankle. Then I lacerated my liver and fractured my pelvis. Then I broke my ankle. Also I have a concussion right now. I have no idea what its from. :P

Im studying microevolution vs. macroevolution and why macro ain't that possible in biology, government studying Congress at the moment, and music today. :P
