Social Chatting May 2016

Yay! My spelling is like at a 6th grade level, I use Google for most of it sadly. XD

Haha! Yep, technology does that to you. If I ever get a device with automatic spelling correction, I'm of a mind to disable it. xD

I turned it off on my iPod. It's still on for my computer because I write papers and stuff on it...

You have an iPod?? :o I thought those had gone the way of the BlackBerry! =P Ah, yeah, Word on my computer does do AutoCorrect, though not to nearly as much extent, and it is pretty nice sometimes like when I am going too fast and type something like "the" wrong. :P It's not often that I need it, though. ;P

Yeah... I have an iPod and a so called dumb phone. I really need to just get a smartphone as both my iPod and phone are broken. XD

Yeah, well, all I have (or used to have) is a really old MP3 player that looked like a USB flash drive with buttons and a screen and an audio jack, because that's what it was. xP So you're doing better than me. xP

Okay. That actually sounds nice in some ways- smartphones are convenient, definitely, but I don't think they're as great as they're made out to be. It's way too easy to be "connected" all the time, everywhere. It's so sad when a group of people are in a room together, all on phones, having online "conversations" while ignoring the people right in front of them.

I've never even heard of an unplug party before, but from the name it sounds like a pretty good idea. :D

And yes, that is what I meant. I realized later that I should've worded that differently. I'm glad you understood it to mean that and not that my online friends aren't people or something weird like that. :P

Okay, well, the first one that comes to my mind is And Can it Be. I've just learned that song relatively recently (for some reason, our church doesn't know it) and really, really like it. Another one I really like lately (and have just learned in the past few years) is The Love of God. (Sorry it took me a while to respond :P)
