The safe sends out a signal that reads your brain to discover who your best friends is. Then it shoots out an ionizing ray of electrons that vaporize your best friend. I don't do the vaporizing myself because I don't want to be accused of murder.

I didn't have much time to study last week because of a music camp I volunteered at. I've participated in the camp before but this is the first year I was old enough to be a teen helper. The campers learn an entire musical in a week and perform it on Sat. I taught the soloists their solos during the week and during the performance I did hair and costume changes. It was a lot of fun! :D

No. It has been scientifically proven that you cannot lie to yourself. So you can start thinking over and over, "(insert enemy's name here) is my best friend, but it won't change who you really think is your best friend. ^Okay, how did we get to this after bringing up pillows, and why are we even talking about this? almost facedesks lol! xP^

Yes, I love to act! :D I'm in an acting group called STP and the plays we do are common stories except they rewrite them with a Spiritual Twist and then some of them are from the Bible. This year TTA performance is Ruth (I'm auditioning for that) my class is doing Genesius, the Christmas performance is Scrooge and the class I'm being a TTA for is doing Snow White. :) Do you like to act?

Well since it's only safe for the person who safely knows the combination to safely unlock the safe, then the only reason it would be unsafely locked would be in the case of a person who is unsafely trying to open it without the combination.

And naturally the people who are close to you come first.

But if it is unsafe for a person who does not safely know the safe combination to open it, wouldn't it be unsafe to leave it there unsafely tempting the person? Wouldn't it be more safe for the person who safely knows the safe combination to safely unlock the safe, thus preventing someone else who does not know the safe combination to unsafely attempt to unlock the safe? :P

That's exactly the point. Because it is unsafe for a person to attempt to unlock the safe, hopefully the person will stay safe and not attempt to unlock the safe. But if they attempt to unlock the safe, then they are the ones being unsafe, and it is all their fault. To say it is the fault of the safe for tempting people is to say that it is the fault of guns for tempting shooters.

It is, in some ways, and in other's it's not. And I don't think we pledge allegiance to principles and values; those are personal beliefs, or principles shared by a community, and abiding by those is different than loyalty. Loyalty is not something that happens right away. You aren't going to get a pet dog and have it be 100% loyal to you the first minute you get it. Loyalty is a symptom of trust. Trust not in a land, but in people. With allegiance to a country, it's loyalty to the people as a whole to mutually protect each other, and, in constitutional words, to assist each other in the pursuit of happiness. And the people who are going to have the highest claim to loyalty are going to be the people closest to you.
