Prayer Requests

thanks 4 ur prayers. As I said, I can't give details, but after it's all said and done, I will tell you who 'won.'

Could everyone please be praying for safety for my mom and as we travel home from Virginia tomorrow. We will be flying through Baltimore and Denver, and hope to not get delayed by the snow. Please pray that we will be a witness to those we meet, and that our flights will be safe and smooth.

Ok! What part of Virginia r u in? My brother goes to school down there. :)

Thank you all for praying for our trip. Despite some turbulence, we are now safely in Denver;) and if I can pull myself away from my second favorite city, we will have just one more 3 hour flight and we will be home:)

@Everyone - Please pray for our family. Our midwife told us that our new baby Taylor is a little bit extra-special. I'll just be straight out: he has Down's syndrome. We thank God that He gave us this extra-special baby to welcome into our family and treat with the utmost care. Please pray for us that we will be able to accept this as God's will and that Taylor will continue to do well.

I will be praying for you all.

I'll be praying for you! I have a younger brother that also is special needs. He has a heart defect, and some physical delays, but he is such a gift from God! I am convinced that God has an amazing plan for Taylor!

Yes, he is doing very good. We have heard that babies with Down's syndrome often have heart problems, but his heart is perfect. :D

Thank you everyone for your prayers and encouragements. @Carissa, Psalm 139:14 is the very verse that God gave to my parents for little Taylor. Thank you very much. Just as @Jordan said, God has a great plan for Taylor, and I, for one, am excited to see that plan! :D

A local Contest has popped up about 3 hours away….still not that close, but closer than 4 1/2 hours away! There's still time for another one to show up, but if not I guess we'll use this one. If you want to keep praying that one closer will come, Thank you! :D

I use to get headaches almost everyday, but I'm not having them as much since we changed our water filter! :D PTL! I still have them once every so often though :(

I have croup right now yesterday was the climax lost my voice and had 101.4 fever got voice back and no fever now

Tomorrow we are having a Gen J event and my dad is giving a short talk plz pray that it goes well and he does a good job!

Our family has had the cold over the past week or so. We are recovering fine, but now-11-day-old Taylor unfortunately caught it a few days ago. My mom and dad are leaving with him to have him checked out right now. Please pray for him. Also pray for me that God would give me faith, because honestly I'm quite worried.

Thank you Danielle and Rachel! We just got a call from our parents. Taylor has RSV and was admitted into the hospital, where they are giving him oxygen. His color has improved and he has been breathing better since. I will post more updates when possible.

Thanks for giving us an update, Matthew. I will definitely be praying for Taylor, as well as for you (and the rest of your family). I'm sure it's hard to hear….just continue trusting in Christ.
