I've played Zoo Tycoon 1, and I loved expanding my zoo with lots of animals, and then deleting parts of my cages so the animals could run wild! That game was fun!

How about those of you who have played any of the Super Smash Bros. games, either the first on for the Nintendo 64, or Melee for Gamecube, or Brawl for Wii? I have Brawl for Wii, and its really fun! Sonic is my favorite character, with Meta Knight coming in close second.

Lemme guess… Sonic's your favorite character because he is the hero who comes in at the end out of nowhere and saves everyone from the giant evil butterfly-shaped guy? (I've only seen that part once, but it's hard to forget. :) Or is it just because you like his moves?

P.S. Does anyone like the Star Wars Lego video game? I'm permitted to play video games once a week, and that's always what I go straight to. :)

No, because he is an awesome super-fast blue hedgehog who has fast attacks and a fun grab move! Although beating Tabuu at the end was hard, I had to switch difficulties from Normal to Easy to finish it!

I've played through all of the Lego Star Wars games, from the first one with episodes 1-3, the second one with episodes 4-6, the third one, the Complete Saga with all of the episodes in one game, and Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars, which lets you get into the heat of the battle in the Clone Wars! It's also fun because that's where they introduce lightsaber throwing and the ability to actually move things with the Force, opposed to automatic moving of objects. That allows you to pick up Super Battle Droids and use their blasters on rapid-fire to decimate your opponents!

My parents aren't keen on playing video games, but I occasionally play on my cousin's Xbox and Playstation when we visit his house. My favorite games is probably Star Wars: Battlefront.

Oh, Battlefront I is fun. :) But, unlike my dad and brother, I think that Battlefront II is way better, mainly because they allow you to be a Jedi or Sith in some battles. WM and COS say that Battlefront I has better battles; I disagree. :P

@Sam–Ah, that's right. I couldn't remember the guy's name. Yeah, I remember how hard it was for my friend to defeat him, even on Easy, even though he had played it many times before. :) As for Lego Star Wars, I have finished Episodes 1-3 on Lego Star Wars 1, and am in the middle of completing Lego Star Wars 2, with Episodes 4-6. I have seen my friend (the same one with Super Smash Bros. Brawl) play the Saga, but have never played it myself. However, I have never even seen Lego Clone Wars, though it sounds awesome. :) I tend to be uncomfortable suggesting birthday presents when asked, but either that game or the new Lego Avengers video game would be fine with me! :D

I'll keep that in mind, but I don't know about a Lego Avengers game. Although Lego Batman 2: DC Superheroes should be coming out later this week I think. You get to be Batman, Robin, Superman, Wonder Woman, and hopefully Green Lantern. And if they have characters from the previous game, Nightwing and Batgirl too! Superman's gonna be awesome though, with flying, ice breath, super strength, and laser vision! And Batman and Robin get all-new suits too! Oh, and the Lego Lord of the Rings game is coming out later this year too! That is gonna be fun!

Battlefront 2 is beyond the word fun, it's EPIC! I think its better than the first one, but I have some friends who disagree with me. There is a rumor out there that some company is making a Battlefront 3 though. I do know that several companies have the rights to make it. They were supposed to make it a few years ago, but it never happened. Maybe this time it will, but just remember, it's a rumor.

Whoah, whoah, I didn't mean YOU would have to buy me something!!! That would be nice, but do not feel obligated AT ALL, please! Video games cost a lot!!

I thought for sure I heard something about Lego Avengers. Maybe not, but that's what I thought. :)

Battlefront III? How could they make it better than Battlefront II?? :D

3efdb816df3c53b20fed57ee9b4779f0?s=128&d=mm

Hiruko Kagetane

Probably with interplanetary battles, so you could go between planets and starfighters. And clone heroes, like Captain Rex and Commander Cody, and more sith, like Savage Opress and Assajj Ventress. And we need Ahsoka, Anakin's padawan in there!

We have Halo and Halo 2, but we never play it. Well, I think I've played it two or three times myself, but I never found it very interesting, believe it or not. I do usually like warfare games, but Halo was never appealing to me, even though it apparently is to millions of others, as the cover says. :D

Hiruko Kagetane

Seriously? And you never told me? Shame on you! ;-) Next time I come to your house on a Saturday, after I'm done pounding you in Battlefront 2, I'm takin' you you down in Halo!

93fcb35bede1ac128cb83b71e8060885?s=128&d=mm

SavedByGrace

I can promise you, you are NOT pounding me in Battlefront 2!!! After Lego Star Wars, that is my favorite video game! YOU ARE ON!!! :P

As for Halo… I think you have a pretty good chance of winning… :D

P.S. What do you mean "next time I come to your house on a Saturday"? Is that time ever going to happen? :P Haven't you only been to our house, like, three times? :P

3efdb816df3c53b20fed57ee9b4779f0?s=128&d=mm

Hiruko Kagetane

Dude, I said that because I REALLY REALLY REALLY hope I can come to your house! And pound you in Battlefront, but that's besides the point.

@SoulWinner~ If I can I'll find a way to play that too. But Halo 4 is coming out later this year, so I'm hoping I'll be able to play it!

Wow, I didn't know Halo had so many titles? What's your favorite Nintendo game? Mine is Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but I do like Mario Kart Wii and Mario & Luigi: The Superstar Saga.

3efdb816df3c53b20fed57ee9b4779f0?s=128&d=mm

Hiruko Kagetane

I've heard of it, I have some friends who have it, and they say its great! What other Nintendo games have you played?

SoulWinner

I do own a Wii, but I tend to stay away from Nintendo brands games and focus on other games that have been adapted for the Wii. Like Need for Speed and 2K12.

For Nintendo games it is a tie between Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and Mario Karts Wii.

C1c32dc0c6bea431096107898a7110d9?s=128&d=mm

I just realized that Super Smash Bros Brawl is in fact my favorite Nintendo game. Thanks for reminding me. :)

Hiruko Kagetane

It is totally AWESOME! But now that I have Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes, it has taken the place of Super Smash Bros. Brawl as my favorite game! But SSBB is pretty fun. My favorite Characters are Sonic, Link, Ike, and Samus.

C1c32dc0c6bea431096107898a7110d9?s=128&d=mm

SoulWinner

My favorite character is Ike, too. On LEGO Batman what kind of powers does Superman have that you can use? I haven't played the game yet and I really want to know. :)

C1c32dc0c6bea431096107898a7110d9?s=128&d=mm

They made a first Batman, and I pretty sure the second Batmen is expanding on the first Batman's story. Also, the kids are familiar with the LEGO Batman name.

3efdb816df3c53b20fed57ee9b4779f0?s=128&d=mm

Hiruko Kagetane

Because the main character is Batman, even though you get to be other members of the Justice League( eventually, it'll take a while as you progress through the game) it's centered with Batman and Robin. But playing as Superman is fun though! And using the different suits Batman and Robin get is also fun!

@SoulWinner~ Superman can fly, has ice breath, can give a puff of wind to throw enemies back( the same button as the ice breath, just tapped twice), laser vision, x-ray vision( you'll stand in front of certain walls to use it to advance in levels), and super-strength.

Okay, now that me and my sister have beat Lego Batman 2…………………or at least the main story…………I think…..I have to tell you all of the new things that were premiered in this game that will probably be in all subsequent Lego games!

1) In cut-scenes, minfigures talk! They TALK! IN ENGLISH! This is the FIRST time in any licensed Lego game where they actually talk!

2) Gotham City. It's HUGE! If you played Lego Universe before it ended in January of this year, you'd understand the enormity of Gotham. Missions for the main story happen throughout the city, but there are secondary missions as well, with lots of different villains, like the Riddler, Captain Boomerang, and even Sinestro!

3) Split-Screen Play. Yeah, I know this debuted in Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars, but it's still awesome! Now, when you're doing two-player mode, you don't have to stay together! So I can take the Batmobile over to City Hall, while my sister takes Robin's Motorbike to the amusement park!

4) The New Suits. In Lego Batman 1, Batman and Robin had special suits that you could get from certain areas that would give them special abilities that would help them get through a level. Now they have new and even better ones that really give you an edge when fighting villains! I'm not going to tell you the suits though…………..unless you ask nicely……

5) The Justice League. For the first time you get to be the some of the members of the Justice League! You get Superman, Green Lantern, the Flash, Wonder Woman, and Cyborg!

ChiefofSinners II

Wow, Sam, that actually all sounds very cool. I didn't know split screen play had been premiered yet. It sounds very interesting. ;)

Kai, Ninja of Fire

Patience and perseverance! And a whole lot of flying. Oh, BTW, there are extras called Red Power bricks that give you special abilities! My favorites are Stud x2, 4, and 10! They multiply the number of studs you have, and so you can get more faster! I have all 3, so it's times 80, so if I get a stud that would be worth 1000, it's worth 80,000, so it's really useful! There are also the Red Brick finder and Minikit Finder bricks too, along with a host of others. I think they were introduced in Lego Star Wars II, so keep your eyes peeled!

My favorite video game system that I have played is the Wii. We have about 15 games.

93fcb35bede1ac128cb83b71e8060885?s=128&d=mm

SavedByGrace

WOAH!!!!! How much did those cost?! Lego Star Wars 2, as you know, has Power Bricks as well, and I have found the Bricks for Score x2, 6, and 10, but they all cost so much–Score x10 costs 30,000,000!! Since I am only allowed to play for a few hours every Saturday, it'll take me MONTHS to get that! But I cannot wait until everything I get costs 120 times more than it's really worth! :D :D

i got mariocart for my birthday and it is my game but we do not have many game we have
wii sports
wii sports resort
wii fit plus
mariocart rules!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

93fcb35bede1ac128cb83b71e8060885?s=128&d=mm

SavedByGrace

Mariocart is fun, I agree, but I tend to not like games that don't have storylines as much as those that do. For example, Star Wars Lego games follow the storylines of the movies, Super Paper Mario has an elaborate storyline about Mario trying to save the world, and in the Campaign mode of Battlefront II, you are a clone/storm trooper traveling throughout the Star Wars movies. Mariocart is simply you being any character you want traveling through any race you want, possibly being able to finish in first place. It's an okay game, but not nearly as fun as others, in my opinion. :)

P.S. I found out that, on Lego Star Wars 2, there are five different score-multiplying Gold Bricks–x2, x4, x6, x8, and x10! That means that if I buy all of them, every stud I get is multiplied by 3,840!!!!! WOW!!!!!! :)

3efdb816df3c53b20fed57ee9b4779f0?s=128&d=mm

Hiruko Kagetane

Yeah, like the Halo games, or Marvel Ultimate Alliance, or Sonic Riders, or Superman Returns. I like RPG (role-playing games) where you get to be a character and follow a specific storyline too. BTW, I got all the stud multipliers! But since I bought everything, theres nothing for me to buy! Rats……

93fcb35bede1ac128cb83b71e8060885?s=128&d=mm

SavedByGrace

I thought of that possibility, so I'm going to save as much as I can for only when I have all the stud multipliers. :) Not including, of course, the Minkit and Gold Brick Finders… those will be important for completing the game. :)

3efdb816df3c53b20fed57ee9b4779f0?s=128&d=mm

Hiruko Kagetane

Oh yeah, and I also have:

Supergirl
Clark Kent
Batgirl
Lois Lane
Joker
Riddler
Mr. Freeze
Lex Luthor
Black Canary
Huntress
Catwoman
Bane
Killer Croc
Scarecrow
Bruce Wayne
Dick Grayson
Alfred (yes, he can fight)
Harley Quinn
Hawkman
Hawkgirl
Man-Bat
Sinestro

and others!

3efdb816df3c53b20fed57ee9b4779f0?s=128&d=mm

Hiruko Kagetane

And SavedByGrace, you COULD just get a cheat code book from your local library and get the codes for the stud multipliers…..

@Me~ And I have Martian Manhunter!
