No, I don't think America is more blessed than any nation or that it's better than any nation. Any nation that serves God will be blessed. This nation was founded on God's principals and we've been blessed because of that. The more we turn away from God the less we'll receive His blessing. I know this is talking about Israel, but I think the principal applies: Psalm 33:12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.

I would agree with that. =)

^I know I should talk on the other thread, but I don't know that I really have time to get into this right now…^

Well not that exactly has happened to our (public schooled) neighbors before, but they have been locked out of the house more than once and so they have to come to our house :D :P

You know your a homeschooler when… you forget that Thanks Giving is a holiday, not an every day activity.

You know your a homeschooler when… you know who your thanking on Thanks Giving and the holiday actually makes sense.

Nope. When it's 0 steps from your bedroom to the schoolhouse. :)

then how come he never brings me presents?

Once the neighbor kid started talking to us about Santa Claus:

Kid: "Do you believe in Santa?"
Me: "Ummmmm…. no."
Kid: "So does he bring you presents?"
Me: "Ummmmm…. no."

He does. I'm'a good boy. ;)

See? This is like how the company that made the game Far Cry 4 made it so that pirated copies would have a glitch, and people that complained about the glitch online would reveal that they had a pirated copy. You just showed how Santa skips your house 'cuz you're a bad girl!

fails to see what this has to do with homeschoolers….
But yeah!
I almost went into the capitol building in DC with my knife on accident… They would have stolen it and never gave it back!

I think public schools teach kids that carrying tools around is an evilly bad habit or something…

A lot of public schoolers learn carrying weapons around is really scary, and you shouldn't do it cuz you might get mistaken for a bad person. Jk, maybe not exactly like that, but they generally don't carry weapons around. Guess why all the Muslims have decided that homeschoolers are one of their first targets in America? :D ^nice thought btw… :D^

Lol, we know a lady, her boys gave her a knife and it was about the size of a buck knife, you know, a lot larger than your average pocket knife. They were visiting the White House, and she had forgotten to take it outa her purse… The guard searched her purse cause somehow they figured she had some sorta weapon thing in her purse. The guard picked up the knife, looked at her, looked at the knife, and kept looking back and forth for a little bit, then he put the knife back in and sent them through. :D

But anyway, what it has to do with homeschoolers is: kids aren't allowed to bring weapons into school. Homeschoolers are not used to not being able to carry their knifes with them. Conclusion? Homeschoolers forget to take their knifes out of their pockets before going into a school etc. :D

Nice. :D Thankfully it was a homeschooled group tour, so I think it was ok. :D Plus, I got to get dad's buddy ^ the police officer giving us the tour^ to put dad in handcuffs for the group to see how they do it. The things I can convince my dad to do… facepalm :D He wasn't very enthusiastic about being in handcuffs infront of everyone. :D
