I don't know, but when I first joined Memverse I assumed everyone was older then me… I didn't learn until I came back later that I was actually older then most of them. :)

Hi Jessica!
Jessica is such a fun name! My sister is named Jesse, and we sometime’s call her Jessica… I think she has more nicknames then any of my siblings. :)
Aw! Being an auntie must be so much fun! Being that I have a lot of siblings I expect to have a lot of nieces and nephews some day! :) Yes, I guess getting confused is part of getting to know people at first… I got Rosie A. and Courtney M. mixed up in my head once when I was first getting to know them, now I can’t believe I didn’t have it straight from the start, because they are so different and live in very different parts of the US. Haha! Putting together the Memverse user list has helped me get most of the names straight… but I have to chat with the new people for awhile before I really remember them. :)
No we don’t have pigs, and I don’t think we would ever get any because my mom has objections to pork. Edit Oh, my neighbor's had pigs for awhile! The have some really funny stories about those pigs… :D
When I was little I thought a lot about why things where called what they are… I think I gave up trying to figure it out. :P With red cabbage being purple, and red bud trees being purple too…
So what is your favorite Disney movie? I like all the ones I used to watch as a child best probably. Beauty and the Beast, is probably my favorite. I liked Bambii too, but it was sooo sad!
Do you have things that when you do them/look at them you remember what else you were doing when you saw it? That’s the way it is with my drawings! When I look at the drawing I remember what BB verse I was memorizing when I drew it! :)
Yep! To feed such a troop we need to think big! Mom says she doesn’t know if I could cooks small if I tried! I’ve only ever doubled and tripled every recipe I follow! I guess when I move out of the house I’ll have to have my family over a lot so they can eat the leftovers for me when I cook to much! :D
Yeah, the tile floor is hard… that’s why we don’t get on our knees and scrub it much. Normally we use mops, but the only way to really get it clean is to do it on your hands and knees. We’ll have to do it again this weekend probably…
Do you ever have much trouble with ants in your house? We have had to put coffee grounds all around our house to try to detour the ants…
I’ll have to find that list of recommended books on your IY page again… :)
We were in PNG as missionaries. It was fun living there!
Yes! I have started my story and here is a link to it: Chapter 1: http://heirsoftheinklings.weebly.com/chapter-1-tisrockrsquos-daughter
and Chapter 2: http://heirsoftheinklings.weebly.com/chapter-2-the-brothers
I have only done the first two chapters and am working on the third right now. :)
My bees are doing buzzingly well! :) I would like to tell you what kind of goat it is but I can’t because it’s a surprise for someone who reads this thread… But I’ll tell you later (sometime after the 26th)!

I found a few Bible Bee slideshows that a friend of mine put together.

Bible Bee 2010: http://vimeo.com/14668441
(You won't see any pictures of me until the later half of the slideshow. If you can't pick me out here's a few hints: I am wearing a bright red hair tie, and in one picture I'm ridding a horse.)

Bible Bee 2011: http://vimeo.com/28110575
(I love this one because at the beginning it has my friends singing our song “B-I-B-L-E B-E-E”! :P I am not in very many of the picture in this one; but a lot of my siblings are… I'm mostly in the corner. You can maybe see me in the far right of the picture where we are doing the quiz jump-sets.)

Yesterday was one of the best days of my life! It will always make me smile to think of it, that’s for sure!
The best part was when someone (Seth W.) broke my "shock reaction record" with the biggest reaction to the surprise we had all been planning! :D
Let me start at the beginning so you know what happened in order.
The first part of the get-together went almost exactly as I had dreamed it would be (except better since it was real life)! The P.s got there, soon fallowed by the A.s and Martins… We introduced ourselves to each other and had a lot of fun playing an icebreaker game of trying to +guess what Bible character’s name we each had on our back.+ I don’t remember who had what name exactly, but mine was “Rehab” (and I will let Bethany tell her story about this game, if she wishes). After we got introduced we played a hour long game of +Apples to Apples+ with lots of laughter!
Then the W.s arrived! In case you didn't know, Seth W. didn't know the P.’s were going to be there, and we had carefully concealed the secret so as to surprise him. I can’t tell you how much we were looking forward to the surprise! It was really good timing because I had been a bit worried that the P.s and W.s might get there at the same time, or pass each other on the way, and we would all miss the surprise. +Seth’s complete surprise+ at seeing the P.s there was worth all the concentration it took to keep the secret!
Once everyone was pretty well acquainted and the laughter had died down a bit, we had lunch. Then we all headed out to play +volley-ball.+ Seth and I were team captains and he did very well with it (I had a lot of help from Rachel M.). Despite the fact that none of use (except the M.s and maybe the A.s) knew a whole lot about the game… and we didn’t really “play” the game according to all the rules, I think we all enjoyed it! Then we took +group pictures (a.k.a. "fake pictures") and had dessert.+ The topics of discussion over dessert (vanilla ice-cream, cupcakes, and strawberries) was of comical situations, screaming/bugs, and how our parents met each other for the first time.
Then it was time for some people to leave. :( So we said goodbye and took more pictures.
At the end of the visit we did some +Contra Dancing+ (thanks to Seth)! I couldn't say enough about how much fun the dancing was… I don’t normally enjoy being confused at all, but I was surprised to find that in all the fun of dancing I didn't mind it so much.

So that sums up most of our get-together. I wish we could have gotten to meet more of you Memverse friends! I hope some of the others who were present will offer you their stories as well… once they are well rested. :)
My one regret was that the time went way too fast… but that couldn't be helped. Oh, and praise God it didn't rain at all either! :)

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28

^Please don’t be too picky about grammar and spelling here. I kind of wrote all this in a hurry.^

Hi, Sarah!
Hope you and your family are doing well. :-)
Once again, sorry it's taken me so long to write back. I hope you can be patient with me. :-)
My favorite Disney movie is definitely "Beauty and the Beast". You're probably the only person that I've heard of that's shared my favorite Disney movie. :-) Actually, I could even say that it is my favorite of all movies still. :-)
I don't know about if I remember what I was doing when I did or made something. I can remember a lot of weird things about the different things that I own (like where I got them from, or who gave them to me, or when, or on what occasion). Now that I think about it, I remember some pictures that I drew that I remember what else I was doing at the time. :-)
While we're on the subject, I think you said that you like to knit, and I remember that you said you liked to crochet. Anyway, when you watch a movie or a T.V. show, do you ever pick out the articles of clothing that the characters are wearing that are knit? Amara said that she did, and I wondered if you did, too. :-) Just wanted to be sure that I wasn't the only one with problems in that area.
Yes, we do have lots of problems with ants at our house. Did the coffee grounds around your house work? We have a perpetual ant problem here; I think that they have a permanent nest under our house, because they go away for a while when we put out traps, but then they just come right back if you give them enough time. They are a real plague. We have found ways to combat them, even though every effort is futile. Orange clean melts the ants on contact, and my mom just told me that my sister said that Listerine works, too.
I'm sorry, but, where is PNG?
That's neat that you have a Nubian! That's the same kind of goat that we have! I really like them; they seem to be very hardy for us. I like their ears. And you mentioned that you needed to get another goat, and that's probably a good idea. They do better if there's more than one. What did you name her? How do you like my profile picture? :-)
I'm glad you had fun at your get-together. :-)
To be continued…

Hi, Sarah!
Okay, to continue with my interrupted letter…
Last Saturday night, my dog Tater was out in the yard barking, the guineas were making a lot of noise, and the chickens didn't sound very happy either. So, we assumed that something was wrong and went out to look. Nothing. The guineas were throwing a fit and throwing themselves against the wire, but other than that, nothing. So, we went back inside. Later, I was on the back porch and heard something catch a chicken. I went out to look in the chicken yard, but I still didn't see anything, or where anything had gotten into the chicken house. We didn't look inside before, so I thought it wouldn't hurt to check. I carefully opened the door to one of the other sides that was partitioned off inside the chicken house, and carefully looked through the wire into the bantam side next door. All this was INSIDE the chicken house, mind you.
First off, I saw a dead bantam hen lying on the floor, so I knew that something had to be in there. I still didn't know what, however. I shone my flashlight around, and discovered that the chickens over there were scattered all over, anywhere but the roost, for the most part. Then I heard something sneeze. It wasn't a chicken. The bottom part of the partition is solid wall; only the top is wire. I shone my flashlight down closer to the partition, and saw some hair. It looked gray. "There it is! It's a possum!" I thought. Wrong. It lifted up it's head. It was black and white. You guessed it. I was out of there in record time, and locked the door behind me.
Now the problem remained: how do you get a live skunk out of your chicken house, without getting sprayed? We've had this problem before, but it's been years. We couldn't leave the skunk, because he was killing every bantam we had one by one and wasn't eating them. We were running out of bantams. So, we decided that Mom would get into the segment of the chicken house that I was in when I found the unsavory creature, so that she could tell us where he was. If he was by the big door we were planning to open, there was a good chance that we could get sprayed. We opened the big door when he was safely away…and he was gone. No trace. I even went around to see if he'd gone under the tin and was in the chicken yard, but no. Mom finally found him; he was hiding behind a door that we had propped open so those particular chickens could get into another part of the chicken house. Mom unfastened the door, very carefully, and opened it with a hoe, and Dad shot him. Problem solved. Now the chicken house smells almost unbearable… and we question hanging clothes on the line, especially if the wind is from the northeast. The skunk killed four of our bantams, half of our bantam population.

Jessica!
After doing that search for your age I feel like I know you a little bit better now… :) I don't know how many times I went on rabbit trails but…
Yes! "Beauty and the Beast" is a really good one! I watched it over and over again when I was little (probably more then any other movie). My favorite part was the very end… my least favorite part was the ball. I think that's because I thought it was really boring at the time. Now I actually like that song the best I think! :) It's funny how we change as we get older…
No, I don't think I've ever picked out that a character in a movie is wearing knit… :/ I think I probably notice faces more then clothing.
So what are you going to do for the Fourth of July? Or if it's past by the time you reply, what did you do? :)
We are planning on going to the Zoo! The children are all really excited because it's been so long since we went! :)
Okay, it's thunder storming here… so I'll have to finish this later. We are going to be going to my great uncle's funeral tomorrow. Please keep my great aunt in your prayers. Thanks!

Edit (July 2) - Now to pick up where I left off! We still have ants… however they went from being the big carpenter ants to more of the tiny kind. If we have a nest under our house I'd imagine the carpenter ants handed it over to the little ants because they were tired of getting smashed whenever they came into the house to work. :P Do you ever make up stories about what might be going on and an animals brain? Haha! I always do that! One habit I've kept since I was little…
No, I would not say that coffee grounds work at keeping ants away very well. :/ Do you put a bay leaf in your wheat to keep bugs out? We started doing that about two years ago… I still don't know if it works, or if it's just a story someone made up. Anyway, we never have had a problem with bugs in our wheat. :) Are you saying Orange juice melts ants? Or is it the orange peal?
PNG is over near Australia and Singapore. It never snows there except on the really high mountains… so the first snow I can remember seeing was when we came back to the States when I was four so mom could have a baby.
Yes! I like Nubians too! I remember looking at Lamanchas at the fair and wondering why people would be so cruel to goats by chopping off their ears. :P They really don't look right with out them! As far as milk goes what kind do you like best? Our goat's name is May-May, the PNG word for goat. Dad didn't like the name she came with because it was the name of one of his teachers at school when he was young.

Oh! Pest stories! We have soooo many! My mom and dad were engaged in the midst of skunks… that's a very funny story I should tell sometime. First: How were your parents engaged? :) I had a friend who chased skunks (which isn't a smart idea, btw).
My grandma kills groundhogs with a hammer. This one is a funny story (Grandma or Grandpa would be so much better at telling it… we love to hear it over and over):
My grandma loves her garden. She grows all kind of stuff. Sometimes groundhogs get in and eat her veggies. One day she looked out her window to see a ground hog rooting around in her yard and heading for the garden. Grandpa was not home so she would have to take care of the problem herself, she decided. Quickly she ran into the garage and grabbed up the first thing that she saw (it happened to be Grandpa’s old army hammer (but to her it was just a “whistle-pig demolisher”). She also put on gloves that went up to her elbows and big rubber boots (just encase the thing tried to bite her). She chased the ground hog around for awhile and finely cornered him in the garden where she clobbered him over the head.
When Grandpa got home she said, “Its in the garden… go bury it for me.”
About a week later Grandma and Grandpa were working out side when they spotted a ground hog over the hill. “Quick!” said Grandma, “go get me my hammer!” Grandpa ran to look for a hammer, he came back with a rake. Grandma gave Grandpa a look. “It’s all I could find.” He whispered.
Grandma shrugged and went running across the yard swinging the rake! The ground hog reached his home before Grandma got him. She threw down the rake and glared at Grandpa! “Why didn't you get me my HAMMER?” she yelled across the yard, “I could have gotten him if I had only had my hammer!!!!”
When retelling Grandpa told us, "I’m going to have to get a piece of rope and tie it around her neck so she wont lose it again.”
A few mounts later (and a few dead groundhogs later) Grandpa caught a skunk in his live trap. Slowly and quietly Grandpa snicked around the corner of the house with the gun…his hair nearly stood on end when he saw the skunk turn its back to him. Meanwhile Grandma got the rocking chair and put it by the window so she could relax well she watch him disposes of the skunk… of course she was laughing when the skunk nearly sprayed him. The End!

Hi, Sarah!
We really liked your "whistle pig" story. :-)
Yeah, there was a time or two when I watched "Beauty and the Beast" every day. :-) "Snow White" was another one, and there were a few different movies unrelated to Disney that I did that with, but "Beauty and the Beast" was probably the one that I watched regularly the most. I'm afraid I've gotten my parents to the point where they hate it. :-)
I don't think we're planning on doing much for the 4th. Going to the zoo sounds like fun! What zoo are you going to? We went to the Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha, Nebraska, in April, and it was really, really fun! I think that on that particular visit we stayed there longer than any other time before. Some of my favorites were the gorillas, and the "Kingdom of the Night", and the "Lied Jungle". In the "Lied Jungle", there were bats flying around loose where you were walking! Some of the reactions from the other people in there were amusing… If you ever go to that area of Nebraska for any reason, that zoo is definitely worth going to. It's been about ten years or so since I've been to that zoo. The Gentry zoo in Arkansas is also really neat. You can actually pet and play with the animals in that one! Another one definitely worth going to. :-)
Yeah, I end up putting words into the animals' mouths for them. :-) My dad gets kinda tired of hearing me sometimes; he says that one of the nice things about animals is that they can't talk, and when I do it for them, it defeats the purpose. :-) I still do that, too, in case you're wondering. Another way that we're similar. :-)
No, I didn't mean orange juice or orange peals, I meant a cleaner called, "Orange Clean". It kills ants on contact, much like putting salt on slugs, only with quicker results. :-)
No, we don't put bay leaves in our grain, but, who knows? It might be worth trying. Thank you for telling us about it. :-)
We used to have a goat named May, but we called her May-May! Isn't that weird? We named her May because that was the month that she was born in. And, I agree, goats don't look right without ears. By the way, I think the owners of Lamanchas don't cut off their ears: I think that they're born without them, which is even weirder. Goat milk is definitely my favorite kind of milk, but it's too fattening for me to drink. :-) It's very delicious; makes store-bought cow's milk taste like chalky water in comparison. I've never had fresh, unpasteurized cow's milk, so it may be good, too, and I just don't know it. I don't understand how some people think that it's disgusting when you drink goat's milk, and refuse to try it themselves. THEY BOTH COME FROM AN UDDER, JUST A DIFFERENT ANIMAL! :-)
I don't really know all the details about how my parents got engaged. I do know that when Dad proposed, he gave Mom an Airedale puppy instead of an engagement ring. :-) Your parents got engaged in the midst of skunks?! How in the world did that come about? And, yes, I must agree, chasing skunks is not a clever pastime. :-) Two of the dogs we've owned have gotten sprayed by a skunk. One of them, a sweet, gentle giant of an Anatolian shepherd, got so angry when it sprayed her that she killed it. Very uncharacteristic behavior. The other one was a shar-pei, and it would have been more characteristic had she killed the skunk that sprayed her, but she didn't. I think she just learned to avoid them from then on. :-) Poor things smelled like skunks months later every time they got wet.
By the way, I thought I'd tell you: you were closer to my age when you guessed 20. Methinks that I am the oldest maiden (and, possibly, oldest of everyone) on the forums. I'll be 23 on August 6th. :-) ~Surprise!~
I'd be curious to know if there was anyone else my age or older on the forums. I haven't found them yet. :-)
I didn't mean to be deceitful when I said that I was younger than most, older than some. I truly am younger than most of the people that I know, not necessarily the people here on the forums. In the case of the forums, I am definitely older. :-)
Do I sound like I'm 17 or younger? Everyone that meets me thinks that I'm 16 or 17. They're always surprised when they find out how old I really am. :-)

Howdy Jessica!
No, I don't think you sound like you're 17 really… it was just another guess. :) I've had a few people think I was 20 and my sister 19… I still don't know why they thought that. Might have been because we were being quiet and just listening to the adults rather then chatting with the other teens. I think there is one other lady who is older then 19 on MV. She doesn't get on much now, but she's still around. :) Her username at the moment is, "Ruth Smith" if you want to look around for her. :)
No! Chasing skunks is not a good idea at all! And kicking them is worse! I don't know why anyone would…
Aw, that's neat! How long did they have the puppy? :)
Okay. The story about my parents getting engaged is kind of funny. I can never tell as story as well as my dad… so I don't expect you'll laugh very much when you read it here. :P So, my Dad and Mom went camping with my uncle (Mom's brother) and his wife (who wasn't his wife at the time). Dad and mom got there first and had everything ready for dinner but my uncle still hadn't shown up! The plan was to go rafting the next day, and Dad wanted to purpose to mom well they were rafting, but he just couldn't picture how well that would go over on a raft. It was way past dinner time so they decided to just go ahead and eat. Mom was on one side of the picnic bench and Dad was on the other… it was starting to get dark and they were just talking when all of a sudden a trashcan that was near by started making strange noises, then it abruptly fell over and rolled down the hill right past my mom. Mom sat straight up in surprise and said, "What was that???" Dad was all calm as he replied, "Oh, it's probably just a raccoon… maybe a skunk." As soon as Mom heard, "Skunk" she was on the other side of the picnic table clutching Dad's arm. "Let's go. Let's go" She kept saying. Dad ask her were she wanted to go and she said she wanted to sit in the truck for awhile. So Dad picked up a flash like to walk her to the truck. The flashlight beam caught the gleaming eyes of a skunk between them and the truck. Mom was really freaked out! Dad tried to comfort her by saying, "If you don't bother them they won't bother you…" but I don't know that it did much good. My mom grew up in the city and was not used to stuff like this at all! After a bit the skunk moved out of the way and the got into the truck. After awhile Dad was tired so he suggested they go to bed, but Mom wouldn't let him leave the truck. Mom kept saying she wanted to "go"… so they drove around the camp ground for awhile and saw several more skunks in the headlights… poor Mom! When they came back to park near their camp site they had seen more then a dozen skunks… that was to many for my mom! Then finely she said, "Let's just get in the tent and go to sleep!" But this time, Dad stopped her, "Wait, I want to ask you something." Dad pulled out the ring and asked mom to marry him. She was so surprised all she could ask was, "Are you sure?" Dad said, "Yes. I'm sure." Mom asked again, "Are you sure." Dad said, "Yes! I'm sure, I'm sure!" So Mom said, "Yes." And all the skunks vanished from the camp ground for the night. The end!
So on a scale from 1 to 10 how well did I do at telling that story? Did you laugh at all? :)
One time we went to the zoo I had a young gorilla punch the glass right where my face was! It was really funny because he was just swinging on a rope and showing off to all the kids watching him and then, "Bang!" he hit me! The best Zoo I have ever been to was in Singapore! They had an elephant show and we got to feed the elephants! Wow! Playing with the animals sounds like a lot of fun! I would like to do that sometime!
No, Lamanchas don't have their ears cut off… that's just what I thought when I was little. :P My friends have Lamancha/Nubians and they don't have ears either. I wonder what determines if they have ears or not when it's a cross breed? :/

I know! Big dogs always seem to be so much nicer then little ones! Friends of mine had a dog like that who hated men wearing ball caps. He was really big so he would scare people when he greeted them at the door then jumped up on them, took off their hat and gave it to his owner. :)

Hi, Sarah!
Hope you and your family are doing well. :-)
My goodness, 2022 bales of hay! Wow, I bet you're tired! I remember going to the hay fields and getting our hay when the people that owned the field were baling it. Now we have it delivered. :-)
By the way, are you trying to make it hard on the bears of very little brain in the crowd here by switching your profile names and pics? :-) I always thought that a t-shirt with "Occasional Scarecrow" would be cute (for me to wear, anyway). (If I only had a brain… remember?) :-) Or "Designated Scarecrow". :-)
My mom and dad had the puppy a few years. They got another one not long after they got the first one, a male this time, and one day a few years later he came home, and she didn't. :-( He was afraid of fireworks and gunshots from that time on. Ever since then, we keep a fence around our yard, and keep our dogs at home.
I would rate your story at nine. :-) You wrote it very well. Well done! I did laugh! :-)
Yes, that Gentry zoo is fun. We got to pet a carakal (don't know how to spell it), and we got to go into a pen with some lion cubs and pet them and play with them! It was really funny, because my mom and I went in there with our thick jeans and good shoes, and there were some teenage girls in shorts and sandals that were in line after us. :-) We hung around to see how they'd do, because the lions played a little rough. :-) Some people were afraid to go in there with them! I couldn't understand it, personally. It wasn't like they were adults, or anything. Now, adults would have made me nervous. There was one at the Henry Doorly zoo that was pacing up and down right in front of the glass, and she was an adult female. It's hard for me to believe how huge those cats are! And to think that they roam around loose in Africa! Hate to be one of those natives with them things wandering around, in the dark…
Did you have a good 4th? We did! Dad B-B-Qed, and Mom made potato salad, and baked beans. It's delicious; we're still eating leftovers. :-)
Well, Mom and I are going to try to go to a free painting class tomorrow. I've never tried to paint on canvas before, but I have painted ceramics and paint-by-numbers. I've drawn with pencils before, too, and colored with them. The classes are two days in a row, three hours every day. Hopefully I won't fall asleep in my paints and wake up with paint and a paintbrush stuck to my face. :-) (In case you're wondering, the classes are earlier in the day that what I'm used to.)
How's your book going? Mine's going slow; it's fun, but it's still going slow. It takes FOREVER to write a book! Although, I'll probably miss writing in it if I ever do finish it. :-)
Is your goat doing well? What about your bees? We have honeybees covering our hummingbird feeders. Really weird.
What kind of chickens do you have? Sorry if I've asked you before. :-)
We went to the farmer's market again yesterday, but it wasn't as fun this time as last time. We got some really good onions there, though, and I got another lavender plant, since the last winter killed my last ones. Have you ever tried to sell anything at a farmer's market?
Do you like riddles? If you do, I revived the Riddles thread and am posting riddles daily for people to try and guess. They're fairly easy now, but they will get harder. :-)
And, about Rottweilers, they aren't the mean snarlers that Hollywood often depicts them as. When she was young, the only reason she'd probably attack anyone was if they had a ball or not. :-) She was my childhood playmate. :-) I was raised with a not-so-nice Shnauzer, a tough but sweet shar-pei, a playful Rottweiler, a sweet and gentle, but fierce, Anatolian shepherd, and a feisty pug. :-) At one time, we had five dogs at once; now we only have one, my baby, Tater, who now weighs more than I do. :-) Have you ever had a dog?

I'm about to do something very confusing here on Memverse. If you don't know, I have two accounts; my first account (the one I'm using now), and my newer account (the one I let Rebeka use). The one I'm using now isn't "my email address" so it would make way more sense for Rebeka to use this account. However, I have made so many posts with this account that I don't know how I can possible part with it with out confusing a lot of people (there may also be some sentimental attachment here). I was thinking about deleting both accounts and making new… new account and new IY pages for Rebeka and I. But I don't know how to do that at all.

Dose anyone have any better ideas?

I believe that it's possible to change the email address associated with an account. You could probably do that. :-)

Well… the only thing I can think of is, perhaps, dumping the newer account that Rebeka uses (that is, just ignoring it from now on), creating a new one for her, and keeping this one for yourself. Does that sound okay?

Sarah B.

Well, we can't really make a new account because we don't have any more email address available to us to use for Memverse. :P Other wise that would be an idea!

@Sarah - Oh! Thanks for telling me about that! I will look in to it more! Do you know how at all?

Go to your profile, and there should be a field that says "Email address" or something like that. Type in the new email, and Memverse will send a confirmation to the email address you entered. There'll be a link in the email that you click to validate the new email address. Just so you know, you can't have more than one account with the same email, but if you have Gmail, you can add something on to the end of the email address. Example:
Original email: sarahb@gmail.com
New email: sarahb+newaccount@gmail.com
Hope this helps! :-)

I’ve added something new to my IY… I think I’m a little messed up on my dates though. :P I’ll have to get Carissa and Abigail to help me.

Methinks that it is Pricilla Krahn to whom you refer, but I don't know.

Well, actually there are two Pricilla Crain/Krahns on Memverse. One of them (the one I knew in person) never posted on the forums… so no one here knows her. (https://www.memverse.com/users/7831)

Interesting how such similar names occur. so much for my being corrective., but at least I suffixed my comment with an admission of ignorance.

Hi, Sarah!
Hope you and your family are doing well. :-)
Well, the weather last week sure was nice! I'm afraid that our unusual cool snap is over, though. If summers were like that all the time, I wouldn't mind it a bit. :-)
What have you been doing lately? One of the things we did last week was start watching "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy again. Have you ever watched those? I don't know why, but I seem to have a weakness for fantasy and that particular kind of science-fiction. :-)
How's your book going?
Did you see the comments on my dogs, in my last post here? :-) Speaking of which, what do you think of my new picture? :-)
By the way, I have lots of cousins. In fact, right off I don't know how many I have…maybe I need to count 'em. :-) Can you count yours? Only one of my cousins is younger than me, by the way (again).

Hi Jessica!
I like the warm weather more then the cold… except that it means that the misquotes rain. They are really bad this year! :P
I love fantasy and science-fiction!!! I have seem most of "The Lord of the Rings"… all but the last half of the third movie. I enjoy watching movies with my grandparents' in the evenings when I'm staying at their place waiting for a birth, and they happen to have all the movies! Have you seen the Hobbit? I haven't. Do you like the LoTR or Narnia better? :)
I'm still working on the fourth chapter of the book… it's coming along well though. Sam has been helping me with the dragon fight. I would have messed up horribly if he hadn't proof read the battle for me. :D
Hmm… yes, I think I saw the comments about the dogs. will look again I love your avatar! That dog is so cute! :)
That's great! I love cousins! Do you have a lot of get togethers with your cousins? Do they live near by? All my cousins live too far away. :( I am the oldest girl cousin on both sides of my family. I only have one older cousin (Abigail's older brother). :)
