It is ok u r not alone, my older brother texted my mom jk and she thought he was calling her a jerk! So like 2 days later she goes and says why did u call me a jerk? And he was like mom it means just kidding!

You know, text abbreviations were invented to make texting easier. When you are on a phone it can be quite tedious to type J/K because first you have to select capital letters, then you have to go to symbols and press /, then you have to go back to capital letters and type K. Its just simpler to do jk. :D Even on the computer it can be a little harder. For example: I hate cats. jk I typed that sentence in like 5 seconds. Another example: I hate cats J/K That one took about 8 seconds or so. I think you get my point :)

So, how's everyone been doing? What's everyone been doing? I've been studying for Western Civ 1. You have NO idea how annoying the chapter on the Middle Ages was. It was twice as big again as all of my other chapters………

I do see that I was wrong in coming on and telling everything that I wanted them to stop, and probably did it a little to harshly. I appreciate you pointing that out to me. Will you please forgive me?

I didn't take it hard at all and im pretty sure neither did anyone else. Actually you can ask any of my friends it takes A LOT to get me offended. Like, you could spill your triple dip ice cream cone all over my new Lebron shoes and I would shrug and buy you a new cone :) Anyways, don't think you were harsh at all. As a fellow sister in Christ I admire you for voicing your input and encourage you to keep doing so :)

Have you see the movie about William Wilberforce? I think it's Amazing Grace (Jordan would know for sure!) But it's outstanding!

Have any of you read the book "Amazing Grace" based off his life? I did and it was very good – gives you the true story, but the film seems to be off on some major topics of his friends :) Very interesting book, and I immensely enjoyed learning about him!

Though, I know you weren't talking to me, so I hope you don't mind I joined the conversation :)

I love the movie amazing grace! I haven't read that book but I did read a book about his life and it was very consistent with the movie! What did u say they changed?

Well, Danielle – the main things they changed were the facts concerning his friends. Do you remember seeing Hannah Moore in the film? They portray it as Hannah meeting William Wilberforce along with all those other guys. Though, in reality, the book said William Wilberforce had known Hannah for most of his life and had met her way before the others. Just little things like that they changed around. I read the book over 2 years ago, so I can't quite remember the other things, but I'm sure there are more :) But even though they don't have things all quite consistent, I do very much like the film!

One more thing I just remembered…In reality, William W. was only about 5'2" :) But, their actor that they use is much taller than that :) Though, that is an extremely minor difference :)

BTW - our family is going out of town and we'll be back on Monday. So, if y'all wondering where we are the next few days, that's why.

You r right they kinda did show that with Hannah More. R u sure that really wasn't like the first time they met? I know they did change the part with him and his wife in real life she wrote him a letter because that guy ( his friend I forget his name) convinced her to. So they got together for the second meeting (in the movie) that was as accurate as it could have been cause no one really knows anything about it except they really liked eachother. : P but they kinda had to change the first meeting because of course they have to make it more dramatic!!!lol :P :) I do like when he say 'so in any other circumstances it still would have been a near disaster.' Lol

So, how's everyone been all day? I've been okay, still studying, and listening to Lindsey Stirling. How about the rest of y'all?

Linsey Sterling??? I'm not sure who that is. Lol…. I've been doing school and I just came back from the store.

Lindsey Stirling is a violinist who does dubstep. She's pretty good actually. If you go to YouTube and search Lindsey Stirling Crystallize, you can see one of her videos. Elements and Electric Daisy Violin and Shadows are my favs. A good friend in our church reccomended her to me.

I have to admit she is pretty good but I find her danceing a little creepy at some points. :)

snickers I didn't see it as creepy, but……..practical. She couldn't use her upper body since she has a violin, so she uses her legs mostly. But I really admire her skill, I mean, she wasn't even looking at the violin for most or all of her songs!
