So, I have a question but I don't know where to put it.
I can't get past John 1:2. It's been stuck for two days now. I type it in and rate myself and it gives me John 1:2 again. Any ideas on how to fix it?

I've had that before - did you do John 1:2, refresh the page and then it gave it to you again? Or is it just giving it to you as if it was the next verse?

It keeps giving it to me as if it were the next verse. It's been doing it for two days though. I keep coming on at a different time of day and it just starts me at that verse and won't let me pass.

@ Danielle: I don't think so (the name "Strang" is not really our real last name… "Murphy" is, although it's a long story, basically the Murphy boys from Ireland took on the Strang last name but were not officially Strangs.) I can check my paperwork and see, though.

@Bethany: That's so neat. One thing about our family is that one of my great grandparents were going to go on the Titanic. But for some reason he ended up not going. No one knows why though. If he had gone he would have been in 3rd class.

@Jordan: We have some Irish in us…we are also Italian, Polish, and Swedish. And we are also 1/16 Scottish :D

Wow! That is crazy, I heard a story like that once about this guy who got on the ship and got a letter saying, 'God wants you to get off the ship now!' So at the next stop he got off and then later he heard that it crashed.

One thing I learned is that our family is related to Laura Ingalls Wilder. She had I think, an aunt or something whose last name was Arnold, and we are related to the Arnolds through our mom.

Yes, and I like them MUCH better than the videos. They don't stick to the books very well at all- a lot was added and taken out and changed. But, I definitely enjoyed the books! Have you read them?

Yes! I think my favorite books were Little House in the Big Woods and The Long Winter. It's interesting to read how people survived without having electricity and heat :D
