Lord willing I'll graduate in 2017…it seems like forever, but it'll go by quickly :)

What's everyone's favorite thing about homeschooling? :)

Having a good excuse to watch BlimeyCow when you're supposed to be studying!

And what good excuse could you possibly have?!

I like tons of things about homeschooling, but one thing I like is being able to "grow up" with my siblings. :)

I don't get the drama here at home that I hear about from my public school friends.

Yeah that's def a gr8 part about homeschooling!!! :) I like that I can generally work at my own pace too :) and I can go crazy anytime of the day without anyone getting TOO mad or looking at me like I'm crazy!! :) lol and best of all I have time to go memverseing!!!!!!;)

Ooooh, so many things! :) I like being able to go at my own pace, and not being forced to use curriculum I don't agree with, being able to live with my family instead of at the school, being free to do other things, not having to deal with all the problems at school…(etc, etc:)

Oh and I love when u can make 'homeschooler' jokes about yourself. :) lol and when people r like 'what's a homeschooler??' Lol

Woo-hoo! I'm done with school! I actually finished on Saturday, but I didn't have time to say it. :)

I know. :) I've always wanted to see a tornado, and I get excited when a big storm hits!

Yes, it's kind of cool to see because it shows us God's awesome power! But it is very destructive and scary for those in the midst of it!

Hey, you should come to our place! We get about 2 tornadoes a year. One of them picked up our trampoline last fall and deposited it in the neighbors' cornfield.

@Abi: Wow…that's kinda scary. Do y'all have somewhere you can go during the storms? (Maybe that's a silly question….sorry, I live in WA…we don't have storms. :P :P)

We had a tornado in our area a couple years ago. It actually went pretty close to Danielle's house, and tore the roof off the high school's gym with students in it! My sister has a friend who was in the high school when the tornado hit.

yikes….(this isn't really homeschool stuff…is it?? :P) I don't want to get in trouble again! :P

We have a basement, all concrete. It's really bad when it's wet.

I'm doing Greek over the summer.

I finished three years of French!!

Sheesh! My Greek book has only fifty-something lessons. I should be done by the end of August, just in time for school to start up again. :-P

Oh dear….gotta love Greek. :P

Yeah. It's not too bad so far, but I'm just getting into noun endings…ugh.

Do you listen to music while you're doing school?

Sometimes.

I don't usually listen to songs with words, especially when doing Greek. Somehow the Englis words and the Greek grammar don't mix well. Orchestral stuff is great, though. Soundtracks are perfect.

NOOOO!!! I can't! I get so focused on the song and I start directing it and concentrating on it rather than on doing my school. :P Does NOT help me get stuff done. :P

Some music does that for me, too, and it really depends on what subject I'm working on. But some songs make me work about twice as fast.
