Ah! I just thought of a funny story a friend told me (about phone calling, and it's real!) and I just about died laughing about it! It was so funny….

I'm normally fast at replying, but since National studying started, I haven't. Feel free to send me an e-mail (remember meeting me at nationals last year?) but I don't know how soon I could reply….

One time I called my friend but her answering machine was different and I was like, Uh hello, this is Annalysa please call me back at_ _ _ - _ _ _ - _ _ _.. and then I hung up before the last number because I wasn't sure it was her and I didnt' want some stranger calling me…

I just realized how really off-topic we're getting here… :P

So, there was a prayer meeting going on one Wednesday evening at this lady's house (she was hosting it for the week). While someone was praying, the lady's phone rang (the lady who was hosting) and so she went to the back of the room and answered it (quietly, of course) saying "Dear heavenly Father!". Of course, that was an accident!

The friend who was there when it happened said everyone started laughing so hard!

one time Courtney called me and left a message saying "Hi this is Bethany, calling for Courtney!" :)

It's funny in one sense because it's a film, and in another it isn't, because he couldn't even say one thing nice about him!

I just finally read this whole conversation. I was laughing out loud the entire time! LOL!!!!

Speaking of phone conversations, a friend of mine told us about a funny texting conversation he had. :) He got a text that said, "Hi Uncle Mike, is this your number? This is Landon." (My brother's name is Landon and he calls him Uncle Mike, too, so that's who he thought it was.) So Uncle Mike's like, "Hi, Landon! I didn't know you had a phone yet." My brother was only 12 at the time. The Landon who was texting him was 26. :P

Back to uhhh, In the Kitchen…..
What do you 'all 'spect was in our kitchen, well the results of a moose kill (road kill). The three salvageable quarters went to the meat processors' yesterday, and weighed about 179 lbs at that time. But in our kitchen, my brother and I had the neck, which was so big it couldn't fit into any pan that we had, 28 lbs and still hung out of the sink. We got 20 lbs of that into the freezer, and the remaining bones for picking after making broth tomorrow. In addition we had 2 4/5ths of the way full 5 gal. buckets of meat, the heart and the liver. So, not long after Dad was wanting another moose, God blessed us with a good bit of meat.

That's crazy. Just sayin. :)

Do you have any idea how big a moose liver is?
