@Rachel - I am so sad that you are not coming, but I'm so glad you have the right attitude about it. I have another friend who was dying to come this year, and didn't make it, but her Mom has had a few health problems recently, and she is the oldest of 8 kids 14 and under, so it is so much better that God didn't have her make it to Nationals, because then she would literally be put her family in a secondary sort of place. Does that make sense? I feel like I can't put a sentence together:) Anyways, maybe you are the same way - your family needs you….just know that God had bigger and better plans for you! He has other even more amazing ways for you to grow in Him!

Don't get too nervous just yet though, we still have about 17% of our study time left. It sounds like more when one puts it that way. :)
