Wow, German lessons? That's cool! (I'd like to learn German sometime, but right now I'm too busy learning Spanish and studying a bunch of other languages. Sigh.)

Yeah, well I'm using a free site called Duolingo, and I'm really enjoying it ;)

It's the only other language I've really ever been learning, since my mom's 100% German, and both my mom and my dad speak it fluently (that's actually one common interest that brought them together in the first place ;D ). I'm not great, but I understand some of it. Speaking it is a little harder ;)

Mmmhmmm. Except some of the sentences you have to translate make no sense. For example, "Schlaf ist interessant." Sleep is interesting.

But one translates: "He doesn't like furniture."

Ummm, okay?? Haha! Well, it's still a really great site, and they have about 20 languages available to learn.

My mom said the lady who reads the sentences you're supposed to write has a perfect German accent. So, okay ;)
