I just realized….. Remember (2012) is a stupid cop-off of Equilibrium (2002)!

Think about it: In both movies, the main character is an officer of a evil controlling regime, emotion is not allowed, people are forced take drugs to prevent feeling emotion, main character kills best friend/comrade for emotions, then becomes good guy.
