Wish I could say the same. I'm always tired, except at night. :-)
Well, same here...I just can barely keep my eyes open presently. Bethany P. told me she heard that if you fall asleep in less than 5 minutes at night, you are very exhausted - and that is how it works with me most nights. :P :|
I must not be very exhausted then, because if I forget to take my melatonin, it can take me up to five hours to fall asleep. Five minutes is no problem at 8:00 in the morning, though. :-)

Well, you can be very exhausted and still not fall asleep very quickly, but if you do fall asleep that fast, you likely are very exhausted. Make sense?
