Memverse Turns 1

We launched Memverse a year ago, hoping to inspire a new generation of computer-savvy Christians to memorize their Bibles in earnest. As of today we have hundreds of active users and thousands of verses memorized. We still have plenty of plans for Memverse (more than when we started!) and, as always, will be relying on the feedback of users in determining what to work on next.
You will also notice a couple of changes to Memverse:
- By popular demand, the reference recall test has been changed to include all your verses. If you liked memorizing just the first verse of each passage, you can still select that option in your profile.
- There is a new 'Accuracy Test' which will let you know just how well you really know your memory verses. Don't be surprised when you find that it's a lot harder without the feedback! We recommend taking it periodically to ensure that you're scoring yourself correctly during your memorization sessions.
That's all for today. If you'd like to give us a birthday gift, we'd love you to send out some invites to your church, mention us on Facebook, or call up a family member and ask them to memorize God's word with you.

Happy Birthday! I am spreading the word at my church and on my bookswap site. I have only been on here for 2 months and I love it. The best part of my day is coming on here to do my verses. I get so excited when one more verse is memorized. I love the accuracy test. It gives me a better idea of how well I am doing.

A late "Happy Birthday" I regularly praise God for memverse, and pray that God will use it even more powerfully in it's second year than in its first!! Thanks for all your work for the kingdom of God!!
MemVerse is about to turn 3!!
Can we hit 135,000 verses memorized by March? Or maybe even 150,000?

MemVerse is a wonderful tool to memorize Scripture, and I have really been blessed by it.
Oh no! I missed our birthday!!! Thanks for the reminder SS (Peter). I've put it on the calendar for next year. Looks as though we had about 1,400 active users on March 1st which was about double a year ago.
Happy belated birthday, Memverse!! May you have many more and continue to grow to bring God glory!!
Wow, I had no idea that Memverse is now THREE YEARS OLD! Happy belated birthday Memverse!!! It's really encouraging to see how much Memverse is growing and how many verses are being memorized.
