2014 Nationals

When you submitted your picture, did it ask you to submit it several times?

It didn't to me… I only submitted it once, and it came up three days later. xP

Well I clicked submit and it brought up the page again, so I clicked submit again, but it brought it up again. Did that happen to you?

Sure, it does that. 'Tis what it's supposed to do. It doesn't mean your picture wasn't saved, it just brought it up again so you could make changes if necessary. :)

No…I had already put up my picture even before they released the scores though. But it doesn't go to another page after you hit submit though, if that's what you mean.

Yes!! I don't know why they're all like that. :-/

It's because when they upload them they resize them to something like 100x100 pixels, and then display them as 200x200 pixels. Images with smaller pixels load quicker and take up less file space, so that may be why they did it, but there it no point in having an image when it's not even clearly visible.

Well, last year in Semi-Finals Phillip got asked to quote Proverbs 18:22. Look it up and you'll understand why it's a bit of an awkward verse for a guy to quote in Semis. :P So he quoted it, and then made the funniest face (it was funnier in person than in the picture) and everybody burst out laughing (including me). xP That was probably the funniest moment during National Challenge Rounds last year. Except for maybe when Daniel F. got Moses and Pharaoh mixed up in Exodus 2:10… That was kind of sad, but hey, if you're going to get disqualified, at least do it in style! xP

Pretty good. I'm on to chapter two now. I was looking up Hebrew and Greek words for plunder last night and found out that plunder isn't even in the Strong's concordance. XP So I looked up the verses that contained plunder in the KJV, and found that the words I was looking for was empty and clears throat take. That last one took a while. :P I also just finished "memorizing" my 163rd verse! :)

I'm going to work on Hebrew and Greek for Nahum 1 in a minute and maybe start chapter two :) I just finished "memorizing" my 342nd verse! :) A lot of those aren't perfect though…
