Question: The greek word for week three is written in Greek letters… Do you guys think they'll test the primary kids on that?

But they do provide the greek word in regular letters too, don't they? They never have tested on greek letters before, and I'm 99% confident they won't…fortunately.

Well they did up until week three, and then I didn't see the English translation of the Greek word.

Did anybody else notice that on the Practice Test email it says that the ID number is for the "Practice Test, the Local Online Test, AND - for those who qualify - the Nationals Online Test"? Nationals Online Test?! Does that mean what I think it means?

Yes, they're thinking about doing it online at Nationals as well, versus on paper. We'll have to see how that goes - it'd be a hassle to get their hands on than many computers/iPads/whatever they use.

This is my last year too…I'm curious, when is your birthday? :) It's the opposite in my family- I'm the oldest, so if we do BB next year we'll still have several contestants coming on. ;) At least you can still volunteer, and study the materials alongside of everyone.

I'm not sure it's going to be all that important though. It probably confused me more than my Primary aged brother xD

They've posted rules for the Scripture to Music contest.

Unfortunately they're only allowing original songs, which means I can't use Titus 3:3-7 which I put to "I Sing the Mighty Power of God". :\

Yeah…we sang Acts 10:42-43 from a previous BB CD and sent it, but they can't use it for the contest. x)

Well that would be a little more obviously ineligible. =P xD

I just did the Practice Test. Could someone who has the scores from last year's Locals tell me how many points I got on it last year? I got 447 today, which is about what I think I got. :)

As long as you do it with the knowledge that that's absolutely not allowed during the official test. I wouldn't do it if I were you though. :)

Logan, if you are part of the bible bee,you should have received an email. The test is from last years test so it's just basically just to give you an idea of what the real test will be like. It will in no way effect your actual score. The next one is this sat. but you should have received an email . Happy studying!
