I've been using the sword drills…they are really awesome and make memorizing easier especially if you are a visual learner like me.

Well, I'm feeling a lot better about it today than yesterday… It probably helped that I counted up the ones I know, and it totaled 228… Of course, most of those are ones I already knew anyways…

So, how's the studying going, national qualifiers? 2 months till nationals!!!

Don't remind us how little time there is left!!!!!!!!! I don't know what to say when people ask me how it's going, when I have the time it goes good, but with school and the farm and the corn maze, I don't have a lot of extra time. So my studying is shorter then I like it, but some days I still get a bunch done and then I have to say "Much study is the weariness of the flesh."
I'm afraid I'm not studying Ephesians very well.:(

I am having the same felling about the study book. I just seems so easy to be focused completely on the scripture memory passages and completely forget about the study book. I hope that soon I will be able to focus more on that, it is just hard to tear myself away from the memory passages.

According to what's up on the BB website now, every Senior Semi-Finalist will receive $1,000 from Patrick Henry College. I thought that was interesting.

I think they did that last year also, because my brother made it to semis…….

I don't know…There might be but if so I don't know what it is…If I do figure anything out I'll tell you.

Also, all Senior contestants will receive a $250 discount to Summit Ministries' Worldview Conference!

Hmmm…. Very interesting. I can't say I like this new format (I have never been conducive to change), but I think it will prove to be interesting. Let us hope there will be no technical difficulties during the middle segments. By the way, do most primary kids know how to use iPads? If not, the top five will probably need a lot of instruction. :)
