We Don't Have our Box But I am still telling the UPS truck to come back! Wait mabe I should tell the UPS man to come back insted of the truck! Lol :-)
EDIT: It worked! when I called the UPS man insted of the truck they came back but it was wile we were gone FOREVER:::–(( it is 11:06 P.M and we found it by our door!!!!!

It's gettin' bad…..my brother ran in the room with a Bible Bee box, and I almost screamed. :) Highly disappointing when he laughed and said it was old. :(

My mom tricked me, too! I was looking in the refrigerator for icing to decorate a cake for our end-of-the-school-year party today and she was at the table. She looked out of the window and said, "A UPS truck!" I actually screamed so loud!! I was soooooooooooo excited and then she said, "Just kidding.' I was so mad!!!!!!!!!!!! :) LOL
And just now, my mom said, "Someone just walked across the porch. But I think it was Dad." Arghhhhhhhhh….:) LOL

We got our box!!! We got doughnuts to celebrate.

When we got ours, we were eating lunch (well, some of us were done) and Mom called to everyone that the UPS truck was here; and all of us raced to the door cheering. lol

WE GOT OUR BOX!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately, we can't open it yet - my sister isn't here right now and she made us promise that we wouldn't open it without her. She probably won't be here for an hour or so - TORTURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll post a picture of the VERY UPS TRUCK that delivered our wonderful box….as soon as our pictures are uploaded.
Ok so I was going to the garage and I saw a UPS truck drive by - I probably screamed at the top of my lungs, "MAMA IT"S A UPS TRUCK!!!!!!! HURRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I"M NOT KIDDING!!!!!!!!!!!" I don't think she believed me at first because we had been playing tricks on each other for the whole day but after I kept screaming she came - and I ran to the door and was soooooooo excited. The guy who brought the box thought it was somewhat amusing because I was totally going crazy - he was just smiling when he looked through the glass door (no, we don't leave our door open, I had just opened it) and saw me going crazy holding a bewildered 17 month old baby boy covered in stickers (We had been playing with stickers when the truck came). Caleb (the baby) had no idea what was going on so in the pictures of me going crazy he has no idea what's going on. I should have worn my pink shirt and brushed my hair since my mom was taking pictures…gotta go! :) SOOO EXCITED!

I'm not normally this excited, but I had to be in spite of my "normal" self. This is an occasion too good to be sober for!
I haven't been this excited over something for EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I heard the UPS truck (you know, the distinctive gear-shifting rumble in the distance) and popped my head out the window to see if I could see it. No luck. Then I thought I heard it again rather faintly.
So disappointed (and disappointing).
Then, about five minutes later, what do I hear coming up the street? You guessed it: the UPS truck!!!! So I popped my head out the window again, and sure enough, it slowed down and came to a stop right in front of our house!!!! We all ran downstairs, but I stayed out of sight on the stairs so the UPS man wouldn't wonder at my sanity! LOL!!!
This is a crazy fun time!!!!!

"Keep my mind off of it? How? A nap in the middle of the afternoon? I wouldn't be able to fall asleep in my current state of excitement, and besides, we don't have a doorbell. Any other ideas?"

Exactly how I felt, Octavius! I was studying History and then found out that it was National Donut Day, so we went to get our donuts :) It kept my mind off it for a little bit, but when we returned home again, I couldn't stop thinking about it!

But, we did get our box…SO EXCITED =) Hope you all get your's soon!

I am so excited!! The Bible Bee box finally arrived!!! We were all so exited and waiting for it to come all day :-) Octo already said almost everything I was going to say because he got on the computer before me :-) (I'm his sister). But he left out what the UPS man said. He said with a grin, "You better get studying." I wonder if he delivered the Alexander's package or someone else's Bible Bee package…he seemed to understand the excitement that we were trying to conceal:-) It was so fun!!
I hope your package comes soon, Sam! (Sorry that I called you by your real name; your name is to long to remember :-) Don't give up being patient… I think it was more exciting having to wait hours after it did come.

WE GOT OUR BOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was having a piano lesson when we got it, so we had to wait until about an hour ago to open it. This summer is going to be SO much fun!! I am planning to memorize all 115 verses, 2 Timothy (it's 83 verses), and as many of the cross-references in the Sword Study as I can. The Senior Sword Study sure does have a lot more cross-references! It's going to be hard to remember them all. That's why I'm planning to memorize them.

Alas, I do not yet know if our box is deliverd! :( We won't be home till tonight, hopefully it will be there by then! :) Although, it's too bad we won't see the UPS person delivering it. :)

We got our box, and the book is 2 Timothy. It's nice how the SS is in a book form, but it has holes so that you can stick it in binder. So few verses compared to last year!

I didn't get to see our truck come because I was a our music teachers house. My grandma (she lives with us) picked it up and told me over the phone it was here! I half screamed with excitement :) that was about 12:30 pm

Happy am I to hear that the Bible Bee box you did receive. Last year's Bible Bee shirt planning to pack we were so wear it you could! Hard it is to write this way! In the morning we shall at the picnic see you!! Fun it has been your excitement to read!! How did I do? Phew. To bed I must go!

OUR BOX IS HERE!!!!!!!!! We were gone when it came too, but it's here now!!!!! Actually, there were two boxes…and they are both like exactly the same……except some of the cards packs are messed up. :( We're still trying to figure out what's gone wrong. :)

I just had an idea while reading through all these posts..
I think we should make June 1st "National UPS Guy Appreciation Day"!! I mean, we already have thousands of kids around the nation totally delighted to see their UPS guy..it shouldn't be too hard to get the rest of the country on board, right?? :D

We got our box yesterday around 4:00. Last year it came right at lunch time. I was so excited when the UPS truck stopped outside our house.

TODAY IS OUR FIRST BIBLE BEE MEETING!!!!!!! We're down here setting up right now! :) So exciting.

We got 2 boxes yesterday! They both had the exact same things, so it must have been a mistake. Both of them were addressed to our family, so it was really weird.

Oh and it arrived when I was at my kung fu class, so I didn't get to see the UPS guy.

Hmm…hard question! Normally, it took me about 1 and 1/2 hours, if it was average verse size. Sometimes 2 hours.

If they were really hard, I would work more than that though…

I really like the verse selection this year!
