Prayer Requests

I've been thinking alot about this verse lately, maybe it will encourage you too!!!!

"Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ." Gal 6:1-2

Since we're on this subject of Lyme's Disease, I'll share an exciting praise report!
One of my good friends has had Lyme's for the past few years, and she's had a lot of problems.
Well, 2 Sundays ago, she asked for an anointing, and yesterday (Sunday) she said that she's been on a regular diet and not taking her meds….and feels fine!!! The Lord healed her! PTL!

We got some really good news today - Taylor might be able to come out of the hospital tomorrow!!!! Praise the LORD! I am SO looking forward to having him home again. Our family has been apart for so long.

I'm so happy for you, Matthew! I can't imagine the excitement! I remember when I heard that our dad was getting to come home from his surgery almost 3 years ago – you should have seen the level of excitement in our house! It's no fun being apart for a long time :(

Praise God! I hope everything will work out wonderfully for him and he'll be discharged tomorrow!

Taylor is home!! The four oldest got to go to the hospital yesterday morning for a CPR class, and then we came back with Taylor! Thank You God that he is home! :D

So, what did you think of CPR? I learned it forever ago since my Dad is an instructor of it! Never used it and hope I don't ever have to, though!

Oh gosh me to, I just can't stand the mini Annie things. They freak me out lol jk. :) they call it Annie but it is clearly a boy.
BTW- my dad has to get re-certified in CPR every year cause of his job. :)

@All – My surgery (jaw related) is coming up in less than a month. Please pray that I would be diligent with the time that I have now before, that I would accomplish the things that I need to get done before it happens. And also, that would I would be diligent with the time I've given when I'm laying in bed recovering :) Thanks!

CPR was pretty easy to learn. Just like you, I hope I never have to use it, but on the other hand if a situation ever comes up I hope that I will be able to remember it! :)

Hey everyone: Please pray for me tonight…I have a competition. :D But…..I don't really want to win. If you win you have to go play again, representing your "chapter", in June. With the pain in my arms I don't want to have to hold onto the piece for one recital. I just need to balance the feeling of not wanting to win and yet doing my best and knowing the Lord will work it all out. It's kind of hard to explain so just pray!! :) Thanks!

I was selected as "runner-up" in case the winner gets sick. It's a nice honor but now I have to keep up my piece and I probably won't even get to play it. :-/

I have to play tonight for an honor's recital that I was picked for though. Hopefully my arms can take it.
