Here is a famous riddle. It took me a day to figure this one out. It has stumped every one I know. DO NOT GOOGLE IT.

Three people are eating at a restaurant. The waiter gives them the bill, which totals up to $30. The three people decide to share the expense equally ($10 each), rather than figure out how much each really owes. The waiter gives the bill and the $30 to the manager, who sees that they have been overcharged. The real amount should be $25. He gives the waiter five $1 bills to return to the customers, with the restaurant's apologies. Seeing he cannot divide $5 evenly between three people, the waiter puts $2 in his pocket, and returns $3 to the customers. Now, each of the three customers has paid $9, for a total of $27. Add the $2 that the waiter has stolen, and you get $29. But, the original bill was $30. What happened to the missing dollar?

Alright, start thinking! No, I didn't look it up. :)

:::SPOILER:::DON'T READ IF YOU WANT TO FIGURE OUT BY YOURSELF:::
Arghh! You got it too soon!
Yes: 3 +25 = 28 pretty much
This is the actual solution:
How come $9 x 4 = $27, and $27 + $2 = $29 ??

Each man paid - Waiter gave back = Total
$10 - $1 = $9
Total x No. of men = Total
$9 x 4 = $27
Total men paid + Waiter's pocket = Total
$27 + $2 = $29
$29 /= $30 how come?

It should be:
Total men paid - Waiter's pocket = Total
$27 - $2 = $25
___ ^ these^ two were wrong
$25 dollars is the fee not $30.
The waiter took away not added to the amount the men gave.

Here are some more:
My mind is like a steel trap; rusty and illegal in 37 states.
Out of my mind back in five minutes.
I used to have an open mind but my brains kept falling out.
The more people I meet, the more I like my dog.
Energizer bunny arrested! Charged with battery.
etc. etc. etc.

Very funny tract. It does have the gospel message as well. :D

Random Narnian Warrior (Tarva/Abi)

Not really a riddle, just a brain-bending question:
Can anything be too good? Because anything that's "too" anything is bad, because if it's too good, then it's bad because it's an over-excess of something, which is bad.
Yeah, NOW you're all confused!

(I will note, though, there are some things that there can't be too much of, like praying, and therefore are not bad, even when done a lot of.)
