Prayer Requests

Tries to fathom someone not knowing how to explain what a hashtag is while trying to fathom how someone could not know what one is. :P that doesn't really make sense.

dont feel bad about that at all…..you kindof have to have facebook, twitter, or google plus to understand what it is….i just learned what it is like a few months ago, and its really fun

so when you post something on Facebook…etc…
lets say I post something about bible bee
then I put #biblebee…..
at the end to sorta categorize it and then you can click on the hashtag to see what other things people wrote about bible bee

we are probably going to be going to the conference …. I dont know about family camp though….
although I'm sure I could talk my parents into it….they love traveling :)

@Stefani - Sorry, I must have confused you. I always mix up ATI Conferences and ALERT Academy Family Camp when people talk to me about them, for some reason. :P Anyway, we are not coming to the conference in the spring, but I hope we are coming to Family Camp in October.

Hey guys, could you all pray for our mom?
Today is the day of her scheduled C-section for the baby, and she and Dad left around 5:30 this morning. She should be going in soon (if not already in operation). Please pray that the operation would be successful and that there would be no problems or complications along the way. We're all pretty excited, as this is the first girl in almost 14 years (I being the only girl :D).
I'll keep you all updated with details. Thanks!

@Stefani: Yeah, when our Mom was having our 6th, he was so stubborn, apparently not wanting to be born :P So they had to have a C-section – he then MOVED, and they had to do ANOTHER C-section. So now, that's how she has to deliver all her babies. :P (This will be our 9th, btw)

i repeat…thats not fair….you guys need to redistribute the wealth :D

Sorry, that's all I know so far. We already had a name chosen, so the only new news I have is how much she weighs….
Dad's coming to pick us at 12:30!! So excited!!

ROSIE! I'm so excited for you all (and for you, because it's your first sister!)!!! I can't wait to here more, and see pictures…..so excited for you all! I guess your dad sent my dad a text when Mercy was born, so I couldn't wait to get on here to tell you how excited I am for you!!!!!!

My oldest sibling wasn't the smallest… but none of us were small. Out of eight babies, the biggest was 12 pounds and the smallest was 9. :)

Wow! 12 lbs! I've always told my mom I hope my kids are all at least 10lbs! :D

I'd rather have little babies… like 7 or 8 pounds. So many people we know have 12 pound 4 month olds… :)

That was smart of him. You and i don't know much about the Stranges… but I did A LOT of reading before I became active here and i picked up on the fact that they can be… um… tricky (for lack of a better word). :)

Thank you everyone for your prayers! Just got back from the hospital (we didn't get to leave until 2:00); both mom and baby doing well - PTL!
Mercy is so adorable – and by looking at my baby photo album, most are saying that she looks just like how I looked! :D
I'm still having a really hard time believing that she is my sister :) Lord willing, they will both get to come home either Friday evening, or sometime Saturday!! [BTW, We'll try to get a few pictures up in the next few days.]

And, could you maybe pray for me? I'm not quite sure what it is, but as we were getting to the hospital, I started feeling like I would throw-up, and have been really cold in rooms that aren't cold at all (according to everyone else in the room). And I'm still feeling this way. Our uncle, aunt, and two cousins (from MI) are coming over tomorrow morning, and I would really like to not be sick when they're here. :) Thanks!

I forgot the excited feeling of holding new life in my arms - life is so precious! :D
