I need to go to bed now. It is ^hides^ past midnight over here…haven't been up this late (or early) in a longgg time. Thankfully, our game isn't until 12:00 due to a marathon taking place and the schedule being moved an hour ahead. So Christian, Nicolas, and I don't have to be at practice until 11:00.

We lost 3-1, but it was literally one of the best, if not, the best game we've had all season!!! It was a really good game, and I enjoyed every minute of it! =) =)

How do you have the teams set up? Dose Karthmin play against you guys or is that a whole different game of soccer?

There are four different teams in the Senior league - this year the teams are Orange, Blue, Red, and Green. We're on the Orange team; Karthmin (Martin) and his brothers are on the Red team. So yes, we play against them. But we only play against one team each week, in a rotation. For example, one week we play Red; then the next week, Green; and the next week, Blue. Then it starts over again. Does that make more sense?

I'm not sorry at all!!! It was probably the best game we've played all season! Everyone did really well with passing and calling each others' names too! :D :D And God was glorified!
Well, it was raining all morning, but thankfully, it was not raining when we played. It was in the low 50s.

I know who pretty much all of the players are, by name. But I do not know most of them personally. The league used to be Christian, but has become very worldly; thus, I consider those who do know me, more as acquaintances. (This is referring to those who simply have been on my team in the past, not good friends of ours like Martin, his brothers, and a few others. Just for clarification there. :)

We have lunch after the service at church every week, yes. :) Do you all? Is your family known for bringing a particular food? ;)

Yes! We have a potluck for church ever Sunday! We used to be known for always bringing vegetables just because they were so easy to make last minute. But more reasontly (the last year) Rebeka and I have been working on making nicer meals.

Haha, that's funny. ;) Mom will make different things for main dishes (Ziti, Stromboli, Tater Tot casserole, etc.), but the one thing we almost always bring that I make is our Frito salad. =)

I'm doing wonderful! The perfecting process has been so much easier than I thought it would be - at least so far!! I am so grateful for that, and it is so fun to see it all coming together! Christian and Nicolas are doing really well with their reviewing as well; they both feel like their verses are really getting to the point of perfection, and are looking forward to Orals. :) Titus is working on it…it is going slow for him, but he's determined! =)
In regards to Nahum…I have never gotten so much studying done in my life! Lol On contest day, I'll have to say that I really only got 2 - 2 1/2 weeks to study Nahum, but I've learned so much in that time, that I don't think I will totally flunk it. xD Can't wait!

How about you? Ready for the day? Feeling like you can't hold in your anticipation to see everyone!? I've finally gotten that really, really, really excited feeling in my stomach - and I now simply cannot wait for Nationals!!! I am sooo looking forward to seeing all my friends! :D

Rosie! I'm SO happy for you that it's going so well! Praise the Lord! It's really an answer to my prayers, because I've been praying for you a lot that the Lord would give you much grace as you finish up your studying, considering you have so much going on in your life right now! And that's great about your brothers! I'm sure they are working hard! And that's so amazing about your Nahum studying! I knowwww. The Nahum studying for me is going really good, and I'm learning so much from it!

Yes, I can confidently say that I'm feeling a LOT more ready for nationals! And I'm looking forward to it so much… I get that excited feeling every time I think about it! XD I've missed talking with you so badly! Every Saturday I tell my sisters how I miss your phone calls. ;) So yeah, I can't wait to see you and the rest of my friends! Only 6 days till we leave!

Thank you so much for your prayers, Bethany - I wish you knew how much they mean to me right now. I'm overwhelmed by how much I have to do each day and how much of it I don't get done, but God's grace and goodness just overflows more abundantly.
I know I won't do very well on the written test, considering I will only have had 2 - 2 1/2 weeks to study Nahum fully, but the things I've been learning from it ~ it's an incredible little book! I didn't think I would learn too much applying to me, but I was so wrong! I see things pointing at me simply as I study God's attributes and Nineveh's wickedness!

Last night, at our Wednesday night Bible Study, I had the opportunity to share with two ladies about the things I've been learning… and I was grateful all over again for the opportunity that the Lord has given me to study the book! It was so encouraging to share with them both how the Lord has been working through me because of it! Well… I don't really have the time at the moment to share something that stood out (because I need to get on with studying), but hopefully there will be plenty of time at nationals that we could sit down and talk about that! I'd LOVE to hear all the things you've been learning from the verses and the book! And I'd enjoy sharing the same with you. =]

Haha, I can imagine that! XD I don't feel all that prepared presently. But I believe that with the Lord's strength, I will have my verses pretty well perfected for Orals; and I think I will know a good amount for the test, but I have no idea how it's going to go. But I couldn't be more excited anyway!!! :D

EDIT: I'll be studying at the hotel all day (sooooo exciting!!!); everyone else will be doing things in Epcot at times throughout the day. (Though I'm sure the boys will get some studying done at times too :)

And I really enjoyed the time your family, the Chews, and our family had at Epcot on Monday! Still kinda wish I could've gone to Magic Kingdom with you, but had fun anyways. :D The trip back home was really sad…it was a lot harder to say goodbye this year than it was in previous years.
