I think the problem is just that my Covenant Eyes account won't let me on. So Dad probably just needs to fix the settings on it. Maybe now that Nats is over, he'll be able to.

Have you gotten a chance to play piano again yet?? I finally got a chance to after lunch - it felt so weird having not played at all for almost two weeks straight.

Nope. Not yet. I've got a cold coming on, so I don't have much energy right now. Just enough to sit on the computer and talk with you all. Can't wait to start really practicing again!! Did you enjoy it? :)

Yes! I enjoyed going back over old songs and hymns. I was surprised though, to notice after playing, that there is still some tenderness in my wrist. So I'll probably try to keep my piano playing at 30 min. or less.

It's fine, really. It just gives me a legitimate excuse to sit around and do nothing. =]

Okay! It's going to be hard to go back to normal life now that BB is over. But, I'm sure I'll enjoy playing when I finally sit down and do it!

Rosie! Is piano playing going easier? I started working on Rage Over a Lost Penny again! I can almost play the first three pages of it! How is Spanish going?

Hey, that's great! :D Piano is going a little bit better…I passed two songs that I totally didn't expect to pass in piano lessons today! Calvin is trying to help me get Solfeggio to performance level, so I still have a lot of work to do on that. I have almost all the songs in the BL songbook mastered now, so that has been helpful for our BL meetings…

Ah, and Spanish! Forgot to answer that part. xP It's going well…I have a quiz tomorrow. Learning some new verses in Spanish, so that's fun. How about you?

Well, when I was working on it yesterday a little box popped up that said "Congratulations! You can now read 32.6 percent of all Spanish text!" So. I'm getting there. =) I've been doing a lot of reviewing, since I hadn't done it for months. But it's lots of fun. I'm a lot better at writing, than speaking for sure, but I am picking up on the pronunciations of a lot of works, which is good. Hope your quiz goes well - are they normally hard?

No, the quizzes are really easy if you've studied for them. :)

Well, we'll see what the Lord has planned for my future. Honestly, at the moment, I don't have great ambitions on learning it. I am really in to learning about Latin America, so that's one reason. But, we have a TON of Spanish speakers where we live, so it would be cool to be able to speak to them, if I ever had to. Most places that we go shopping at, at least 1/3 to 1/2 the people, I'd guess, speak Spanish. :P

That will be very exciting to see what the Lord has in store for your future. :)
I didn't know that there were a lot of Spanish speaking people in MO…I knew places like TX and FL did. That's pretty neat! There aren't a ton in OH, I don't think.

Yes, for sure! Yeah, a lot of people speak Spanish. I wouldn't say overall in KC, but just in the really southern part.

Pretty well. Was out hunting all day today and now I'm writing out a sermon.

I've had them since October 22nd of last year. :P Ha, I bet it's nice to be done with braces! Nicolas is getting his off on January 5th! Yeah…orthodontist appointments aren't the most enjoyable, because a lot of times, something gets tightened. I got elastics for the first time today. It wasn't so bad until this evening - my teeth are really sore now.
