What was encouraging was that it sounds like it's what God wants to do with the Bible Bee. For that reason, I am very interested and curious to see what happens. Of course, it's easier watching from the sidelines. :P But still, if it is God's direction, then I want to see what His plan is.

It was a good experience, although I had never made it before. Because of that, I didn't have a good idea of what to study.

My mom explained to me that the 8th the hosts get the scores for their kids so they can know their bee's rankings.

Are you on Quizlet? There are LOTS of Bible Bee study sets and tips on there. Also other threads in the Bible Bee section of these forums.

So if you have a local group, everyone can send in their kids' scores, and the hosts could create an awards ceremony of sorts. That's an idea, anyway.

Us '14 alumni should come up with a name for ourselves. I mean, 2015 will probably live in infamy like the change in 2010 did, and for those who only competed in 2009 it was like they participated in a completely different competition. We will be divided into eras like the Old, Middle, and New Kingdoms of Egypt or something. Or Middle Earth and whatever the other two were… no, that is different.

Sorry, all the kids signed up at that bee. So they can have a celebration thing like normal, with awards.
