Last night Melody was telling Mama about what she said were the two most important stories - she said that one of them was baby Moses when he was born, and the other one was baby Jesus when He was born. Mama said, "But what about baby Melody, when she was born?" Melody said, "Well, Jesus did a lot neater things than Melody."

Melody later changed her mind and thought that the two most important stories are baby Jesus when He was born, and when Jesus died on the cross. Mama gave her a third one, which is Jesus rising from the dead. So she now knows three stories that she thinks are the most important. :)

2 Corinthians 5:17

^(This isn't a sibling quote, but didn't know where else to put it… xP)^

After seeing the "Gluten Free" signs on the dessert table at church this afternoon, Daddy got a piece of paper, wrote something on it, and set it by a big, gluteny/sugary cake. It read: "Gluten Max: All that good gluten your body craves"

Several people got a good laugh out of that. XDDD

So, I was babysitting this little girl from church this afternoon. I pulled out the phone and took some pics of her. Then she wanted to see the pics I had on there. One of the pictures was the one from OH on Sat with the A's, W's, and E's. I told her they were my friends. She then points at them all and says "They're all my friends too!" :P

Then as I was leaving she ran over gave me a big hug and said "Come back over really soon!" Melts my heart :D

Me: "My arms and hands hurt. Er, they don't hurt they're just…"
Rissa: "…Achy? That's because you're growing. It's just normal, your bones are just, like…separating."
Me: screams
Rissa: "Yeah, I'm great at this stuff! I should be a doctor!"

So when my brother was little he had to have like a large section of his small and large intestines cut out, and so we were talking about how he has less intestines then all the rest of us do.
Me: "Waiiitttt….. So if Simon doesn't have his intestines, then who does…?"
Mom: "The trash can."
awkward silence as we all stare at simon
Rissa: "Sometimes hobos dig through trash cans."

Her: "I'm about to do something awesome!"
Me: "Uh, well it wasn't that awesome. But, ya know, whatever floats your sofa."
Her: "Wait, what did you say? Did you just insult my sofa?!"
Me: "WHATEVER FLOATS YOUR SOFA!"
her: "Ah yes, very insulting. Me and my sofa shall go hide in shame now."

I was playing a game of Racko with Bethany and David and I was winning…

David: Carissa! Don't say Racko again! If you do we'll beat you to a pulp in 5 seconds!
Bethany: No! She'll be in a pulp in 0 seconds!

XD

It was a very lively game of Racko! xD

We were watching this air force video thing my brother gave us and it was showing some of the dudes doing pushups for PT….
My mom: "That's Drew's group!!! See if you can find Drew!"
Me: "you can look for him easy because he looks like a pterodactyl when he does push ups."
My dad: "Okay! Everyone! Look for a pterodactyl!!"
My lil bro: "Huh??? But i only see humans… and I thought pterodactyls were dead…."

Faith laying on the floor: Yes, I do know almost all the references!
Bethany: No you don't! You only know a couple!
Faith: I know… lists 6 of the 22 references See! I know like all of the them! HA! HA!
Bethany: Yeahhhhhhhhh right!

Bethany types an e-mail to a friend
Carissa (like 15 minutes after I sent it): What did you tell your friend?
Bethany starts reading the e-mail and immediately comes across a big grammar mistake
Bethany starts screaming - "I can't believe myselfffffffff! Why do I always mess up on everything?!"
Carissa: Calm down…

Well, the first line of your e-mail to me, I thought, could potentially be understood as having an error. But I wasn't sure. So nevermind. xP

It was a confusing e-mail, that's for sure. Because it was sent much later in the day than I wrote it. So we'd already talked but I still felt like sending it…

I keep meaning to put the date + time at the top of e-mails so that people can know when I write them, so that if they happen to get it 2 days later, it still makes sense. Sorry. I'm sure that quite weird to get.

0aeb4024e469ca3f8a6d5da4e10a09b8?s=128&d=mm

Christian Alexander

That sounds like a good idea. xD No, it really wasn't that bad. I figured when I first got it that it was probably composed earlier in the day. But then when you posted here and said that you sent a friend an e-mail with a glaring mistake in the first line, I started to second-guess it. xP

A3806e5a47ff9fa527155bd268c37099?s=128&d=mm

His Servant

Yeah, I can see why you would think that. No, the mistake I made was truly huge mistake, that I'm sure the person was like "Okayyyyyy… whatever that was about."

0aeb4024e469ca3f8a6d5da4e10a09b8?s=128&d=mm

Christian Alexander

Lol. XD Sometimes I feel like that happens when my Kindle autocorrects things. Cuz sometimes I don't catch it, and the autocorrect ends up making no sense whatsoever. One thing it does is, every time I type "j" instead of "i" when I just want to type the word I, it changes it to Jesus. So if there's ever a random "Jesus" somewhere in an e-mail where it doesn't seem to belong… that's probably why. =P

I don't ever find mistakes in your e-mails. The only one I remember was about the Epcot/Church/archery mistake. xP

Well, thanks. =) Lol, I totally forgot about that one. XD Sometimes, though, I get a little lax in my grammar in my e-mails to you, because I know you won't care. XP Not anything that's too big of a deal, but I'm just not as precise as I would be if I were e-mailing someone else.

I never care if people use bad grammar to me. And I've made it habit not to read old e-mails that I sent to people, because it's embarrassing how many mistakes I made and still make. =p

Oh, I always hate it when I do that! A few weeks ago, I sent an email to a BB friend and said accept instead of except, and then realized it later when I was re-reading it :P.
